Currently, oil reserves are becoming scarce. Therefore, we have begun to develop strategies to prevent a global energy crisis. The most important is the research and implementation of renewable and environmentally friendly energy such as biofuels.
Biofuels are seen as an energy solution for the country. However, the lack of articulation in the management of government actors responsible for their implementation and policy parameters sketchy about it; causes a lack of public policies for biofuels in Colombia, generating the environmental commitments and reduce carbon dioxide emissions are today, a goal to conquer.},
