Resumen
DULCE ENCUENTRO, es una repostería bajo denominación S.A.S, que busca brindar a sus clientes una fusión de sabores del mundo a través de los postres, dará la posibilidad de tener una experiencia que le permitirá conectarse con los diferentes países de los cinco continentes, esta empresa contara con una ambientación que lo hará sentir en el lugar de origen del postre, por lo cual, se desea posicionarse en el mercado con altos estándares de calidad logrando así reconocimientos a nivel internacional debido a su innovación, servicio al cliente y alta diferenciación con sus competidores.
Abstract
