Resumen
Este artículo de antropología jurídica busca desentrañar las estructuras de significación desde las cuales víctimas y desmovilizados, de un municipio de Antioquia (Colombia), se aproximan al derecho a la justicia. Evidencia cómo el protagonismo que la literatura sobre justicia transicional le atribuye al castigo criminal se desdibuja peligrosamente en las expectativas expresadas por las víctimas en el nivel local. La tesis que sugiero demuestra cómo esta interpretación local del derecho a la justicia esta muy asociado a la forma en que las víctimas definen las categorías de víctimas y victimarios.
Abstract
The present paper on juridical anthropology seeks to untangle structures of meaning on which both victims and demobilized individuals from one municipality in Antioquia (Colombia) base their approach to their right to justice. It shows how the prominence that the literature on transitional justice attributes to criminal punishment is dangerously separated from the expectations expressed by local victims. The suggested hypothesis presents how this local interpretation of the right to justice is highly related to the way in which victims define the categories of victims and victimizer.
