Under the methodology of the degree work, "solution to a problem in the field of knowledge of the Master's program", this work aims, through interviews prior to the company linked to the work and consultation of the business literature of the sector, develop the solution or, in some way, a parallel to the one that they want to develop in Bancoomeva and, eventually, the Coomeva holding, to the problem of institutionalizing innovation as a source of growth and competitiveness, not only in the banking sector, but , at the business level. Currently they are developing it through the Javeriana University under the Design Thinking methodology and, in this case, it is intended to be developed through the guidelines developed by the OECD for developed countries, which, in some way, can be linked to the present problematic as a solution. These are the Oslo Manual and the Cotec Manual.

Análisis de soluciones de Open Banking en Colombia que puedan ser aplicadas en bancos locales como una línea de negocio adicional a la banca tradicional
Trujillo, Mateo
The traditional banking model is no longer so attractive for the people, who are looking for new value propositions. The appearance of fintech, the penetration of mobile devices and internet, innovation, the exchange of information and interconnection, are some factors that have further influenced this trend in which banking in Colombia has been giving ground to new players starting to gain market share. This thesis explores Open Banking as a solution for banks to take advantage of the potential of the data they already have to generate new ways to monetize and cooperate in the construction of a digital ecosystem in Colombia, establishing relationships that in the long term will allow them to be competitive in line with global trends in banking by embedding the financing business within non-banking activities and switching from a product based mindset to a customer centric mindset.

Desarrollo de modelo de gestión comercial dentro del plan de mercadeo para el incremento en ventas y posicionamiento regional de la organización “Ferreina”
Parra, Diego Fabian
Ferreina offers products and services related to materials for the transport of chemicals, fluids, liquids, gases, oil, and its complementary products for the industry as such, ensuring advice and support in the industrial development of its clients. During the last few years in the face of increasing competition, a reduction in business growth in margin and in sales was evidenced, where management for the years 2017-2019 (years before the pandemic called COVD-19) was expected to be out of 25% being the reality 10%-15% and in addition, the client portfolio has been decreasing due to externalities among others, for which it is necessary to identify the main reasons and configure the action plan with a well-structured marketing strategy since today the actions developed are quite empirical. The focus within the marketing plan will be the development of a commercial service model for the sales area that will be supported by interconnected activities that are materializable and that allow obtaining a sustainable advantage over competitors, allowing value exchange activities. suitable for the company, regardless of externalities such as those mentioned above. The main results will make it possible to recover market share obtained in previous years and in turn increase its sales and margin indicators, subject to the problem. On the other hand, it will be the beginning of a set of subsequent strategies that, thinking about "ambidexterity" of acting thinking both in the short and long term, will allow Ferreina to remain an active and competitive agent in the industry.

Estudio de viabilidad de una compra y venta de vehículos usados y de salvamento en la ciudad de Tunja (Boyacá)
Gutiérrez Rodríguez, Julián Esteban
This project involves conducting a comprehensive feasibility study focusing on the purchase and sale of pre-owned and salvage vehicles within the city of Tunja, located in Boyacá. The primary objective of this business is to engage in the marketing of second-hand vehicles, including salvage vehicles categorized as total losses by insurance companies. These vehicles carry out compensation processes with their clients and subsequently enter the salvage vehicle market, where they are offered at below-market prices through auctions intended for official customers. The project aims to validate the business opportunity, identifying Tunja as a prominent marketplace for vehicle commercialization and recognizing the potential nationwide scope through e-commerce. Furthermore, the project highlights pertinent data from recent years pertaining to Colombia's automotive sector, showcasing the favorable trend in the trade of used and salvage vehicles from the perspective of consumer savings and sustainability. By reusing automobiles, the project contributes positively to the environment. Based on the results obtained from a conducted pilot test, an initial investment of $200,000,000 COP has been designated for the business startup. This funding will be sourced from the partners' own capital along with a loan acquired from a financial institution. The pilot test demonstrated the entire process of procuring used vehicles at discounted prices for subsequent resale, revealing substantial profits and thereby confirming the project's viability.

Dos propuestas para reducir los costos logísticos incurridos por Cofco International Colombia S.A.S., en el movimiento del café desde los centros de producción hasta el puerto de origen, en el marco del modelo INCOTERM - FOB
Rios Wilches, Rafael
Through the present project, developed under the modality of Master's Thesis in Management - MBA, two proposals are presented to reduce the logistic costs incurred by COFCO International Colombia SAS, in the movement of coffee from the production centers to the port of origin, within the framework of the INCOTERM model - FOB. The realization of qualitative analysis, field visits, flow charts and quantitative analysis of the data provided by the company, to know the current state of the sector, allowed to determine aspects to present two proposals that could solve the problem of COFCO International Colombia S.A.S. against logistic costs, and consequently show positive results in the profitability of the company. In this research, to have a point of reference, the case of COFCO International Colombia S.A.S., an exporter, importer and private trader of green coffee in grains, was analyzed. Starting this project, the context in Colombia was analyzed first. Historically, this country has depended on the extractive sector as a source of income and development for the inhabitants and the productive apparatus of the country. Within this sector, the coffee industry has played an important role for the nation. This contributes 16% of agricultural GDP, 6% of the value of exports from the sector and directly or indirectly benefits more than 553 thousand families (National Federation of Coffee Growers, 2017). Second, in addition to the above, it was considered pertinent to make a diagnosis of the organization in the analyzed process. This, in order to identify the processes, agents involved and times that could help us identify opportunities and threats for the model. Subsequently, an information survey of the sector and the company was carried out to proceed to formulate possible proposals that could improve the process. These proposals were evaluated against the reality of the sector and the agents that intervene directly or indirectly to evaluate if its implementation is feasible.

Compañía de elementos en concreto prefabricados FORCOM SAS
Hernandez Potes, Carlos Alfonso
The main objective of the prefabricated concrete elements company Forcom SAS will be to offer prefabricated concrete products, such as: sewer pipes, sardines, paving stones, post-tensioned beams, furniture for public infrastructure (chairs, tables, and decorative elements), These will be adjusted to the needs of our clients. Likewise, the requested and/or contracted elements may be assembled on site after manufacturing in the plant, in such a way as to reduce execution times on site and, therefore, reduce costs. This will allow an increase in the quality of the products/items since they will be manufactured in a controlled environment. Forcom SAS will be located in the central area of the department of Boyacá, adjacent to the city of Tunja. The location was chosen due to the contribution of the lot by a partner. There the construction of the production plant will be carried out where the prefabricated concrete products will be manufactured. The city of Tunja, where the factory will be located, is a point of easy distribution to the provinces of Centro, Tundama, Ricaurte and Márquez; as well as the province of Almeidas, in the department of Cundinamarca, the southern and eastern area of Santander in the municipalities of Barbosa, Vélez, Charalá, Capitanejo; and the west Casanare in the municipalities of La Salina, Sácama, Támara, Monchia, Yopal, Agua Azul, Recetor, Chámeza, Monterrey and Sabanalarga. Now, as an advantage to take into account for the growth of the present venture, there are the access roads that are found throughout the previously mentioned departments and municipalities, such as: the Sisga Concession (which covers from the department of Boyacá to the municipality of Agua Azul Casanare), and the Cusiana road (which includes Sogamoso -Pajarito – Agua azul – Yopal). Prefabricated buildings have appeared as a construction solution since they reduce construction times and reduce prices. These elements can be competitively profiled for their quality, price, speed of delivery and low environmental impacts.

La normalización de la corrupción como proceso organizacional: caso La Polar Chile
Páez Gabriunas, Iliana Laima Ona
During 2011, La Polar was the protagonist of one of the most relevant financial scandals in the history of Chile due to the level of corruption that the case revealed, it was accused of carrying out automatic and unilateral repactions to the credits granted to its clients in delinquency status. The purpose of this case analysis is to identify the individual and organizational factors that gave rise to the phenomenon of the normalization of corruption in La Polar, related to the routine establishment of corrupt practices. The case incorporates the internal and external analysis of the company, such as the construction of the description of the main events that precede the exposure of the corrupt act in 2011. The case analysis uses the theoretical model of normalization of corruption proposed by Ashforth & Anand, (2003), in order to understand the dynamics and mechanisms that underlie the adoption of corruption within the organization. Two of the pillars that make up the model, institutionalization and rationalization, were studied. The methodology used contemplates the qualitative study of the case. The method used to review the information of the case, considers the narrative and descriptive nature and uses secondary sources such as reports of the entity, journalistic documentation and interviews with employees. The main findings of the La Polar Case study recognize the existence of mechanisms and dynamics that contributed to generating normalization schemes. Regarding institutionalization, it is believed that authoritarian leadership, the trust generated towards the leader and the use of neutralizers of the harmful consequences of the acts, had an important impact on the initial decision of the corruption process. In the second phase, the way in which aspects were established in the company's organizational memory, associated with positive results and strategic projects, which together showed corruption as an effective means to achieve the defined goals, is verified. The routine is established thanks to the performance of independent tasks and the progressive exposure of individuals to illegal activities. In relation to rationalization, it is believed that it played a key role in normalizing the corrupt processes of Polar. The "denial of responsibility" by managers is verified, making use of mechanisms such as the transfer of responsibilities and the dissemination of responsibility. Regarding the rationalizer of “social weighting”, the testimonies show the repetitive comparison that was made by the main parties with actors in their opinion more corrupt. Finally, the role that language played within the rationalization of the corrupt act is identified, becoming a key buffer in the process of acceptance of the corrupt act. The results of this case study expose the importance of recognizing corruption in business practice and the ways to counteract this behavior, being a priority to continue contributing through research in this area.

Centro Especializado en Educación Financiera basado en Tecnología Educacional y Educación Modular
Specialized Financial Education Center based on Educational Technology and Modular Education
Useche Arévalo, Alejandro José
Personal finance are one of the primary fields for economic growth and social well-being. It has been evidenced in our country that there is a high level of financial illiteracy and that current initiatives have been deficient in generating changes in behavior. This is partly explained by the lack of spaces in formal education and a current standardized programs supply that ignore the knowledge, objectives and particular situations of each person.
The Finance Education Center offers educational programs in personal finance based on the benefits and tools of Educational Technology and Modular Education. Among some of the primarily competitive advantages that outstands are; the product portfolio includes the only proposal on the market that offers personalized or customizable programs by the client, with availability all year long, in asynchronous or self-pace modes, and maintaining an interactive experience through a digital educational platform. Additionally, there is an offer of synchronous programs to deepen and put knowledge into practice.

Propuestas de diseño organizacional y gestion ágil de proyectos para RHEMA S.A.S.
Muñoz Espinosa, Dora Ines
Pardo Ramírez, Clara Ines
In summary, the goal of this work is to identify and address the business problems present in RHEMA S.A.S., a 22-year-old company specializing in services in industries such as hydrocarbons, petrochemical, hydric, and energy. The company has experienced a decrease in sales and profits in recent years, which is believed to be due to a lack of control in some administrative and operational processes. To solve these problems, a mapping of current processes, diagnostics using PESTEL and SWOT, customer focus, and tools such as CANVA, stakeholder analysis, and project agility primary proposal will be performed. The goal is to propose solutions to help the company grow in alignment with its strategic objectives and stakeholders, and to expand its international business.

Creciendo juntos: Identificando las mejores prácticas para el proyecto de trayectoria mega (Red de mentores de Bogotá) de la Cámara de Comercio de Bogotá
Pardo Martínez, Clara Inés
The main objective of the research is to analyze good business mentoring practices that can serve as a benchmark for the Mega National Business Pathway Program (MEGA), developed by the Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá DC To meet this objective, first of all , a review of the international literature on mentoring at the corporate level is necessary. Subsequently, the different national experiences on mentoring among large, medium and small companies are studied; and finally the main practices associated with business mentoring that can be applied in the MEGA program are identified. For the fulfillment of the objectives, the methodology to be used is a bibliographic and literature review in the sense that the approach to theories and practices on mentoring are an essential reference within the exercise of institutional activities of the MEGA program. This methodology allows the researcher to capture apparently disjointed data and information, so that with the approach of different secondary sources it is possible to constitute coherent solutions that respond to the objectives set, and where the conclusions will be the result of the analysis of the phenomena found. where meeting points, regularities and causalities are obtained. Through the development of research, it is recognized that the Mega program has established itself as an important initiative for the exchange of experiences and learning, but it has important limitations associated mainly with the absence of a methodology and with the lack of previous studies on the needs of the participants. Therefore, improvement strategies are proposed focused on knowledge of the environment, socialization of knowledge and transmission of learning.

PROVEEAPP
Burbano Sarralde, José Alejandro
According to ACODRES’s president interview, 80% of the formalized restaurants tend to close in the first six months, as they are managed mainly by people who make a living through the business, operating without relevant information, planning and industry know how. (Gomez Paris, 2023) Low-cost restaurants tend to be vocational businesses as they are managed informally, without relevant information or low reliability of it, they do not make a decision based on plannig, affecting its profitability. As result of this weakness PROVEEAPP was developed, an application that allows the manager to plan the restaurant’s operation, deliver both detailed & highlevel information, and provide the supply service, defined by the daily menus forecasted. On the supplier’s perspective, allows a local retail to increase its sales volume in the low-cost restaurants, expanding its geographic reach and pushing inventory’s rotation. PROVEEAPP's competitive advantage leverage on the data analytics which is structured through simple recipies to process the data collection, capturing basic information, to improve the inventory availability, and its sale and rotation at the supplier's end. On the restaurant's side, optimize the inputs to purchase and promove relevant information for decision makers. Suba holds 13,403 restaurants, where 1,361 are taken as the target population according to the segmentation criteria, with the aim of reach 786 of them (57.8%) in six years. The annual potential purchase volume is $311,223 million, based on an optimal restaurant cost structure in which the inputs represent 35%. The CAPEX AND OPEX (six months to breakeven point) is estimated on COP$190 million, which will be financed with own capital.

Cómo hacer de los caballos una empresa y no un hobbie
Vivas Garcia, Luis Javier
The equine sector in Colombia shows a considerable influence in the national economy, mobilizing an average of 6 billion pesos by the year 2022. Its contribution to the agricultural Gross Domestic Product (GDP) stands at 0.63%, highlighting that according to data from the Ministry of Agriculture, the agricultural sector in Colombia represents between 6% and 8% of the national GDP, thus underlining the relevance of the equine sector in this economic context. This economic impact not only is represented quantitatively but is also reflected in the generation of approximately 480 thousand jobs that depend directly or indirectly on activities related to this sector. Among the relevant instances that boost the economical dynamism of the guild are the equine fairs, that stand out as main events. These fairs, beyond simply being part of the entertainment field, are a fundamental role as promoters of economic expansion. Also represent an essential element for the promotion of foreign trade and the generation of employment. The equine fairs are an epicenter where equine tradition, the exhibition of the skill and elegance of these majestic animals, and the economic boost of the sector converge. In essence, although equine fairs have a recreational and entertainment component, their importance are beyond the entertainment field as they become an essential engine for the equine economy, acting as a point of inflection that stimulates economic growth, promotes innovation and reinforce the position of Colombia in the equine panorama at a national and international level. In consequence, this degree pretends to demonstrate the viable integration of horses in the business field, highlighting the importance of establishing close relationships with the government to facilitate their integration in the business, recreational and cultural sectors of the country. The central strategy focuses on strengthening strategic alliances with the private and governmental sectors, which will not only cause the opening of new markets but will also highlight the significant contribution of the equine sector. Focusing on the importance of strengthening this sector to fulfill the labor, economic and recreational needs of the population, this work aims to identify development opportunities based on a critical and financial analysis, addressing the costs associated with the maintenance of horses and evaluating its impact on economic viability. Additionally, different forms of business creation in this area will be explored. The theoretical support will be based on specific figures and relevant statistics that illustrate the economic and cultural potential of the integration of horses in the business world. Emphasizing on the work of national associations that promote and support the sustainable development of this sector, highlighting the importance of collaboration between government entities, businesses and organizations dedicated to animal welfare.

Sensemaking y sensegiving en un contexto intercultural : el encuentro entre Japón y Colombia
Sanabria Rangel, José Mauricio
The present work aims to identify the way in which the process of sensemaking and sensegiving is generated in an intercultural administrative context, particularly within a Japanese multinational that operates in Colombia. In order to do so, a case study was carried out, from a qualitative and interpretative perspective, of a Japanese multinational with operations in Colombia. Our results allow us to identify that this process is carried out in a way that is very different from the tradition that has shaped the sensemaking and sensegiving discourse. This, given that it escapes the gaze focused on the United States and Europe, who have been the main drivers of this, and focuses on a critical case, namely: a Japanese multinational operating in this Latin American country.

Estudio de la oferta formativa de los programas tipo MBA
Sanabria Rangel, José Mauricio
Master’s programs in the management field in Colombia have grown significantly since the beginning of the new century. In line with the way in which this process has been developed in contexts such as the United States and Europe, in Colombia the educational offer was specialized, initially, around two types of programs: research masters, internationally identified in this field as Master of Sciences (MSc), and those of deepening, which, in this domain, are known under the label of Master of Business Administration (MBA). This paper presents the research results about the educational offer of MBA programs in Bogotá. This, based on an extensive bibliographic, documentary, and audiovisual study, as well as direct inquiry, through interviews, with key actors linked to this educational offer. The results show that 1) the offer has been demarcated more clearly against the previous dichotomy between deepening or research, opting for the first one and bringing the latter closer to the “MBA” label, 2) the offer of this type of programs is wide, diverse and of high quality, 3) the contributions of this educational offer to the different actors that make it up are valued as positive, and 4) given the benefits that this kind of educational offer has shown to have, it should be ceased to be destined only to restricted elites and will be able to self- democratize and thus expand its benefits to society.

Modelo Integral – Transformación de Personal y Organizaciones
Combariza Echeverri, Ximena
This document responds to an Applied Business Project of a qualitative - descriptive type and is based on a theoretical-documentary analysis, on fundamental aspects of organizational management and leadership, and how these affect people and their development, as well as companies and its results. Thus, based on the analysis of this information, the result of studies carried out on these issues, based on our professional experience in different roles as collaborators and team leaders, and with the new vision of the administration developed in the MBA, we identify a set of good leadership practices and we take them as a basis to build a model that enables the organization's transition towards purpose-orientation, focused on being. We therefore propose the application of concrete actions by leaders to inspire, through adequate communication, team management and results management, and to materialize the meaning of the phrase "care to dare", which means take care of people, so that that sense of security prompts them to do extraordinary things.

Energías alternativas en el medio empresarial : rompiendo paradigmas técnicos, económicos y ambientales, a través de la comparación de modelos convencionales, con energías limpias
Energías alternativas en el medio empresarial
Pardo Martínez, Clara Inés
Energy is the main tool and strategic resource for excellence in order to make cities, industries, countries and even the most basic production unit works: Family. During the last years, due to the environmental impact which has been in our planet because the use of conventional sources of energy, the care of the environment and the sustainable development it has taken more relevance at all levels in the society. The use of alternatives energies, as source of clean energy, its represents a huge challenge for the entire society, which means in building an economic development model in harmony with the environment. Therefore, this project has as main goal carry out a technical and economic analysis focus on the Colombian industry, in order to compare the current use of conventional energy resources, with an alternative proposal based on the migration towards the use of alternative energies. To perform it, an investigation was carried out that was based on different sources of information, edition, analysis and data interpretation, using as a complementary tool a specialized software with which comparative analyzes were carried out such as energy efficiency, costs and impacts of their uses in the industry, financial sensitivity and risk analysis. The results of the economic and technical analysis show that the implementation of renewable energy projects are quite easy to develop based on the information of the available data taking into account the climatic and geographical areas. Besides, it validates the challenges that Colombia has to face in terms of commitments and goals due to the signing of different international treaties, which are far behind the efforts of other countries and the metrics established to deal with climate change. Colombia could improve considerably its sustainable development indicators through the reinforcement and promotion of this kind of initiatives which has as main motivation the implementation of projects base on clean energy allowing in this way that since a family to a complex industry may access to documentation and practical methodologies to validate the ventures that demand the use of alternatives energies. Finally, it is important to clarify that the methodology to the selection and installation of renewable energies is simple and accessible for all kind of people and organizations.

Propuesta para la construcción y puesta en marcha de una IPS para tratamiento de Yodoterapia
Puerto Gómez, Walter Hernando
Proposal for the construction and start-up of a health care institution for iodotherapy treatment. In this document, it is studied the legal, operational, financial and market evaluation for the implementation of a health care institution that is dedicated to the care of patients diagnosed with thyroid cancer and the administration of radioactive iodine. (I-131). It was observed that in Colombia there is no specialized center for this specific treatment and from a previous investigation in a plant for the management of radioactive waste, the opportunity to start an outpatient care center was identified in which attention times are reduced and rotation of patients treated with I-131. Thyroid cancer is the most common endocrine cancer, and its incidence has increased continuously in the last three decades throughout the world, currently it is estimated that in the country there are around 29,914 patients suffering from this pathology of which 12,860 would be the potential market as they are in stage II, III and IV. The main costs of the project are in the investment of fixed assets, radiation equipment and working capital, which will be financed 30% in capital contributions and the remaining 70% in loans from the financial sector. It is concluded that the project is viable at an operational, legal and economic level, making it a good investment option in the health sector.

Análisis del impacto y costos de los volúmenes de producción de agua en tres campos de la Gerencia Operativa para la implementación de mejores prácticas en el marco de los compromisos de sosTECnibilidad® de la empresa
Pardo Martínez, Clara Inés
The hydrocarbon industry is one of the most important sectors within the economic structure of the country, and it is also relevant due to the impacts that its production processes generate at economic, social and environmental levels, one of them, which will be the subject of analysis in this project, is the integral management of water in production operations, taking into account that for each barrel of oil extracted, approximately 13 barrels of water are produced, a relationship that evidences the efforts that the industry must focus on in order to reduce costs, mitigate the impact of the water footprint and strive to make this sector economically and environmentally sustainable. When producing hydrocarbons in a field under exploitation, systems are used for the extraction of fluids to the surface, including hydrocarbons, which are not found naturally alone, but mostly mixed with water, so that when producing oil, water is also brought to the surface, which must be treated and disposed of without affecting ecosystems. The strategy to solve the environmental problem of water produced with oil is related to environmental, technical, operational, economic and legal aspects, which is why it must be planned, executed, evaluated and adjusted with an integral and multidisciplinary perspective (Pérez, 2009). Regarding the solution associated with the integrated management of water in three fields of the Operational Management, a review was made related to the costs of fluid production and alternatives for the disposal of water resources in order to identify options that allow an optimization of costs and/or use of water. Among the main results obtained from the implementation of some of the water disposal alternatives is that through injection the recovery factor for the field is improved, the environmental impact is reduced due to the disposal of the resource in a different site from the producing formation, energy consumption is reduced, as well as the reduction of water catchment in water bodies.

Análisis de la viabilidad de la expansión regional de la compañía Fercementos S.A.S en el departamento del Quindío
Hernández Potes, Carlos Alfonso
The construction industry in Colombia and specially in Quindío, Caldas and Risaralda departments; has had a high growth in recent decades, contributing $ 760 billion Colombian pesos annually. Fercementos S.A.S., is a company located in Armenia, Quindío capital. It has had great development in this industry for more than 40 years and it has developed successful administrative strategies, that seeks to have the best relationship with its clients who see Fercementos S.A.S. as a reliable, efficient, friendly and competent ally for the acquisition of its products. This has allowed the company to be a leader in the marketing of construction materials. For this reason, the objective of this project, it is to analyze the viability of the regional expansion of the company in the Department of Quindío. It was observed that the construction market in Armenia is growing in the same way that the Colombian coffee regions are doing it. Housing costs in the Department of Quindío are cheaper than in big cities such as Bogotá or Medellín, which makes people seek to build or buy their homes in cities as Armenia, Pereira or Manizales. Fercementos S.A.S. identifies an opportunity to expand its business with the opening of two new sails points, where one of them will be situated in Armenia and the other one in Filandia, a municipality near the capital of the department. One of the reasons why the municipality of Filandia was chosen is because in several fieldworks implemented during the development of the project, it was evidenced that there are only a few hardware stores with a small amount of products; as consequence, people have to travel to Armenia to find more variety of products and better costs. The size of the commercial premises of the sales points was based on the turnover capture that it is planned to achieve. Both premises are previously built and it is only necessary to remodel and adapt each one with the specifications of the Fercementos S.A.S brand. The expected 30 % growth with the opening of the two new selling points, in comparison with the present sales of Fercementos S.A.S. Currently, the company has a 12.6 % share in the construction industry market. On the other hand, in Armenia, there is a brand recognition towards Fercementos S.A.S., therefore, a growth opportunity was seen to cover greater segmentation within the industry. As a communication strategy, the company has used voice to voice method and it has been very useful in Armenia, since it is a city with a small population. Likewise, the company uses catalogs due to the fact that a wide variety of products of different brands and with different uses are sold, this helps customers to have clear and simple information about what they are buying. Additionally, an important strategy that has helped the company to grow in the region is the alliance with the Argos company. Most of Colombians perceive the Argos brand as the main supplier of cement and concrete, as well as its corporate colors that are deeply rooted in Fercementos S.A.S. as a brand, they allow to achieve almost immediate recognition from the customers. This strategy is unique in Armenia, because the distribution of Argos materials in the department of Quindío is carried exclusively out by Fercementos S.A.S. xvi The initial investment for the this project will be $ 522'380,333 Colombian pesos, which is made up of the total commercial cost added to the fixed capital, that is the adequacy of the points of sale. This initial investment will be made with 30 % of the company's own resources and the remaining 70% will be support by a financial entity (the financing model can be observed in the financial chapter).

La eficiencia en los procesos de ventas retail de artículos deportivos, a través de las habilidades blandas: estudio de caso Decathlon Colombia
Martinez Quimballa, Liliana Patricia
The formation of human capital is recognized as a pillar within the strategic plans of organizations in recent years, maximizing the skills and attitudes of workers from professional and postgraduate training. Additionally, the strengthening of soft skills is being recognized as relevant factors in work teams, which allow significant improvements in the development of intergroup communication and in the efficiency and performance of sales processes, in which training and staff development are linked, as the main instrument of the commercial strategy. This is the case of the retail company Decathlon Colombia, in which through the development of soft skills of the commercial teams, the proposed results in the planning are obtained. In this project, the main intention is to analyze this organizational management model and to evidence, under a quantitative methodology, the social and specific skills that characterize the commercial business model of Decathlon Colombia stores and that has allowed it to have efficiency and profitability results throughout its life cycle in the country. This study reaffirms that giving strategic relevance to the characterization of soft skills within work teams, mainly in the aspects of training and staff development, not only allows a projection and growth of the employee at a personal and professional level, but also allows the fulfillment of commercial objectives and positioning within the market segment.

Diseño de un plan de acción para disminuir la deserción laboral en el departamento de Aseguramiento de una empresa de Servicios de Auditoría
Suárez Ríos, María Alexandra
Staff turnover or attrition is understood within organizations as the entry and exit of employees, which, being recurrent, has a negative impact on companies to the extent that it increases the costs of selection and training, and decreases productivity. The objective of this research is to propose an action plan for the strengthening of labor welfare in the Assurance area of a company dedicated to the provision of financial accounting and auditing consulting services, taking into account that in the last year the rate of desertion and labor turnover has increased. For this purpose, the variables that influence the employees' decision to leave were identified through the analysis of the interviews conducted at the time of resignation, which resulted in work overload, imbalance between work and personal life, lack of flexibility and leadership as the main causes. The research methodology used responds to an interpretative study, since it is based on the identification of variables that give explanations based on the information collected in the retirement interviews. A strategy called Plan Tornillo is then proposed, which will allow the assignment of tasks and work groups in a more orderly and balanced manner, and thus increase job satisfaction, thus reducing attrition rates.

¿Cómo preparar al Hospital Infantil Universitario de San José para aprovechar las oportunidades que ofrece el Turismo de Salud?
Tugues Plaza, Carolina
In the last years, health tourism has increased about 10% around the world. Colombia has been part of this development and has been an ideal destination due to factors such as: the low cost of healthcare services compared to other countries; the quality and the timeliness of the medical services provided, criteria that, when properly implemented in a healthcare institution, could lead to improve the competitiveness in the local and international environment. The Hospital is a private institution that is part of the Bogotá Surgery Society, which offers highly complex medical services to patients covered by the social health regime in Colombia and to private patients. However, until now, the institution has not dabbled in the medical tourism business and is ceasing to receive income for these medical international services. The Hospital has several attributes that would allow it to offer medical services of any complexity, which is what medical tourism is looking for. The following project allow to identify the strengths and competitive factors that the institution would have in the medical tourism, due to the quality standards recognized nationally and internationally.

Plan de negocios para la implementación de un servicio de asistencia sanitaria a través de un buque hospital en las poblaciones costeras del departamento del Chocó
Pulgarín Molina, Sergio Andrés
The Colombian State must generate strategies that allow it to provide a health service in a timely, efficient and quality way, in the most remote regions of the territory, where Access is limited. Thinking about this great challenge proposes a business plan that has as a mission to implement a health care system through a "Hospital ship", Providing tools to the Colombian State for the fulfillment of its constitutional duty established in article 49 of the Political Constitution of Colombia of 1991 "health care and environmental sanitation are public services in charge of the state. All people are guaranteed access to health promotion, protection and recovery services "and to the provisions of statutory law 1751 of 2015 where it obliges the state to guarantee and protect the proper fulfillment of the right to the health of the Colombian people, by means of the adoption of decisions that do not lead to the deterioration of the health of the population and of actions that result a harm in the health of the patients. This proposal aims through prevention and promotion programs to support the management of the Colombian State to improve the quality of life of the remote communities that lack an adequate health service, and aims initially to focus on the Coastal populations of the Chocó department as the primary market; This is taking into account the social crisis currently suffered by this department, as well as its geographical and infrastructural conditions that limit the access to the majority of its populations to the maritime and fluvial level. Similarly, as highlighted by different media (Revista Semana-2016), Chocó is one of the departments with the largest number of people with unsatisfied basic needs reflected in the high rates of poverty, Especially because of the precarious health system that counts. In this way, the intervention of the State is urgently required through a plan of shock, supported by all public and private sector institutions, but also gestated from the central level, to avoid the problems of corruption that abound in this region of the Country, seeking to alleviate and partly solve one of its most social flaws: health. It is proposed that this project be led and directed by the National Navy of Colombia (ARC), institution that would assume responsibility for its start-up and execution, through a Hospital ship designed with special characteristics to reach these Difficult-to-access areas with the ability to provide hospital medical care up to level II. In addition to the above, it is also proposed as part of the management process for its financing to seek the support of the sectors Public and private, in order to ensure sustainability over time. In short, this project aims to develop a business proposal that implements a system of health care through a Hospital ship, which through adequate planning will have the capacity to serve periodically and rotary Populations most in need of this service in the Department of Choco, contributing to the satisfaction of the fundamental right of the health In areas currently inaccessible. In view of this panorama, it would be interesting to bet on its viability, which will no doubt require a significant investment for its implementation process, but with the commitment of allies and the management of different entities, it will be easy to carry it forward, So that through the provision of a high quality service it helps to avoid or reduce the loss of human life due to the lack of a health care service. For the elaboration of this business plan we use the methodology proposed by SCORE, which is a non-profit association, dedicated to helping small businesses to take off, grow and achieve their goals through education and mentoring. It has a network of 10,000 volunteers advising Small Business Administration in the United States, and has helped more than 10 Millions of entrepreneurs, through their mentors, workshops and educational resources since the year of 1964. This methodology consists in the diligence of templates that are directing step by step the aspects that must be taken into account for the development of the business plan.

Caracterización de la financiación para el desarrollo en Colombia (2010-2018)
Reyes Ortíz, Giovanni Efraín
The National Development Banks - NDBs, finance different sectors of the economy throughout the country. In this sense, it is identified that the entities focused on making placements in the secondary and tertiary sectors do not have an updated information characterization that contributes to a senior management decision-making process. The aim of this work is focused on establishing a solution to this challenge through the characterization of historical data over 8 years. This report responds to the needs of the NBS, specifically those of Acme S.A company to know if development is being promoted proportionally in the regions and states of Colombia concerning its GDP, level of competitiveness, and population density. Initially, information on rediscounts (financing) at constant prices was organized and grouped at the departmental level to analyze coverage. The statistical technique of percentiles was used, establishing a ranking that allows to identify the distribution of resources. After these activities, the data is compared against the information on GDP, population and departmental competitiveness to obtain the existing Pearson correlation coefficient and, to be able to generate a characterization based on real impact data. As a result, the correlation coefficient between the variables was determined as positive, indicating a direct relationship between what Acme S.A investments and the growth or decrease of the socio-economic indicators. According to the results obtained, it was identified that at the regional level, investment is centralized in the Andean and Caribbean regions, with 60% and 24% respectively. At the departmental level, around 25% of total investment is focused on Bogotá, followed by Antioquia and Atlántico with 13% and 12%, this information is consistent, given that these jurisdictions are in the top 5 departments in Colombia since the perspective of contribution to GDP and population density. To strengthen the analysis, a fourth variable was implemented, the Departmental Transparency Index - DTI. The main finding is that Meta and Tolima departments can get financing development because GDP, population, and competitiveness can be potentiated based on current investment outcomes findings. With a positive level of transparency as a crucial aspect. Furthermore, there is still a possibility of generating investment strategies to promote development for the departments Boyacá, Caquetá, Cauca, Cesar, Chocó, Guajira, Huila, Nariño, Putumayo, Quindío and Sucre, which also present an opportunity due to current investment, although their DTI is low.

Propuesta estratégica para resolver la problemática empresarial de la Corporación para el desarrollo en el Valle del Cauca
Vivas Prieto, Javier
The main objective of this work is to diagnose and propose solutions to the business problems identified in the Development Corporation. Non-profit entity of mixed character that, for 27 years, has been dedicated to the structuring and implementation of development projects in the department of Valle del Cauca and that, despite its extensive experience and years in the social sector, it does not have a value proposition that provides it with a unique attribute within the market and also lacks a strategic plan that offers a roadmap that allows informed decisions to be made and the achievement of the organization's objectives. To understand business problems, a Finnish study containing a set of strategic tools, developed in the last 25 years, was used as a reference; of which a good part of the cyclical model that proposes through three stages was adopted: architecture, action and adaptation, for the implementation of the strategic planning exercises (Vuorinen, Hakala, Kohtamäki, & Uusitalo, 2018) this framework, the plan was designed for the strategic analysis, formulation, operational approach and monitoring of the performance and achievements of the Development Corporation.

Modelo empresarial de inclusión laboral para víctimas y desmovilizados del conflicto armado
Cortés Sánchez, Julián David
Some studies have analyzed the unfavorable effects of the armed conflict in Colombia and the repercussions in the social and business spheres. Currently, the government, together with the business sector, implements a model of labor inclusion for the victims of the armed and demobilized conflict, thus allowing them his reincorporation to civil life through decent employment. This project seeks to make visible the role of the Colombian business sector and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in contributing to the creation of peace. Based on this, a literary review of the background in academic research and in the business sector is carried out where there are some gaps, as well as four interviews - described in different sections - to a victim, a former paramilitary, a former guerrilla and a wounded soldier in combat. The results obtained highlight a business model in which initiatives of forgiveness, reconciliation and employability are articulated, thus being a case of administrative and business success in the contribution of peace such as the restaurant model EL CIELO, which can become replicated to other companies in the country.

Eco-Market
Pardo Martínez, Clara Inés
In Colombia, there are not many purchasing alternatives for those interested in reducing the environmental impact generated by the use of everyday products. Eco-Market is a different market format that is aimed at people who want to change their consumption habits to reduce the generation of waste, through the purchase of products in bulk that allows the reuse of packaging. The project aims to initially impact the inhabitants of the sector in which the project will be located, focused on different customer segments.

HEMKI Edificaciones sostenibles
Hernandez Potes, Carlos Alfonso
The construction sector is relevant in the development and performance of the country's economy, since it involves great employability of the social base and investments in projects that involve the use of materials such as: concrete, brick, wood, etc. Nevertheless, the way of construction is carried out with traditional methods, whose processes can generate quality problems, costs and delays in completion. For these reason, new construction trends are being implemented in the world, such as modular construction. This system has great competitive advantages in relation to traditional methods, due to it allows to control quality processes by manufacturing the structure in the plant, substantially reduces execution time by almost 80%, freezes construction costs by mitigating risks, is friendly with the environment, allows the customization of architectural spaces and is easy to transport. The modular construction is made up of the manufacture of metal frames (modules) with dimensions of 6.60 x 3.30 x 3.00 m, adjustable to the space needs of the land and architectural distribution, according to the requirements of each client. Each module is transported from the plant to the construction site, for its respective installation on foundations previously built under traditional methods. After this stage, the installation phases of networks, floors, walls, roofs, finishes and equipment begin. HEMKI's business proposal - Sustanaible buildings, includes services of architectural and engineering studies and designs, with advice on sustainable concepts and the use of non-polluting finishes. Through marketing strategies in social networks, the client will know the benefits of the modular system, and construction services that will be offered; clarifying that they must have the property to place the structure and porcentage invest that will leverage the project's payment plan.

The product idea is brilliant, we delivered a high quality product for painting and coating with low cost- through a Colombian Branch that is highly committed to the environment. we want to develop this idea through time and transmit it to the further generations Nowadays David Ceballos Escobar is finishing an MBA, acquiring new knowledge and tools with the idea to generate a long term business plan to guarantee the enhancement of all the variables to take ICOPINT to the next level. Right now we have a formal business but only on paper and we are trying to connect all the dots to become a formal and successful company. The path is clear, ICOPINT is formal since may 2021 and was built only with the manufactured process complete. So we are applying all the knowledge that we acquired through the courses and teachers to consolidated the business idea and futures step knowing that we have a long path ahead The main objective of ICOPINT it´s to become a referent in the Caribbean region of Colombia for Innovation and Sustainability on the Paint and coating Industry. we want that the future of the cities and buildings look better, we want to contributed to the communities and the circular economies using recycling and highly polluted materials and also developing long term relationships with our supply chain. The initial investment / capital was 442 USD that comes from Shareholders private contributions. all the profits go back to the business to support all the process and accelerate the growth that we expected.

Evaluación de la unidad de Espasticidad en IPS 3 nivel
Puerto Gómez, Walter
In a third-level private IPS in the city of Bogotá, an evaluation is made of the unit dedicated to the management of spasticity, organized 4 months ago and currently underway. In this writing it is intended to analyze its conformation and current state of the unit as a business unit for the institution. Spasticity is a painful, disfiguring, and disabling condition with a limited functional prognosis. Perhaps this is the explanation why there is no statistical study of the incidence and prevalence in Colombia, added perhaps to the fact that it is a sequela and not a primary pathology, as well as no information on the cost benefit of treating this condition that it becomes a high-cost pathology if it is analyzed from the social and labor cost point of view. We want to make known what this unit consists of the sector of the population to whom it is directed, and its value proposition, which is the main objective when starting the business unit at IPS. Likewise, the key activities it offers will be analyzed and how it can become a non-negligible source of income by generating cost by itself and resulting in more products that are offered to EPS. It will be possible to observe the adequate interaction between medical specialists to be able to offer each patient the best possible management and to be able to establish the goals to comply with the treatment, whether surgical or medical. The weaknesses, threats, opportunities, and strengths of the unit are evaluated in order to determine if it is a sustainable business unit and meets the specific objectives of the institution.

Dándole vuelta al negocio de cereales para el desayuno
Turning the Breakfast Cereal Business
Pardo Martínez, Clara Inés
In a tough environment where breakfast cereal consumption for Colombians loses relevance, a food and beverage multinational analyzes the situation by reviewing macroeconomic, regulatory, social and cultural aspects of the environment to generate alternatives that allows it to continue with the commercialization and marketing of its products. The alternatives came up by using different methods such as data and environment analysis, in depth review of the competitor, pareto analysis, and revenue management among others. This applied business project allows the business unit to evaluate this crisis from different perspectives and implement actions or change the strategy for some cereal brands to turn around the business. All the actions described in this paper, are already underway and different KPIs have been implemented to measure the effectiveness of such alternatives. Furthermore, the contribution for the food and beverage company is providing ideas and trying them out to prevent the business from closing its operation by December 2020 and continue contributing to the Colombian production industry

Propuesta de un modelo de gestión de servicio al cliente para el sector gremial
Franco Franco, Carlos Alberto
During the last two decades the Customer Service Management has gained a more strategic position within the organizations regardless of the sector that is immersed. This has originated because the administration has understood that, in a global context where the market evolves at a fast and permanent pace, the creation of differential goods and services becomes the most powerful tool for consumers to choose to continue or stay with A single offer. Unlike traditional sectors of the economy, unions must ensure the interests of their associates, represent them and achieve the common good for the sector, while consolidating their confidence for the strengthening of the relationship and their permanence in the guild. . The concept of customer loyalty is ethereal and complex to manage in a long-term relationship, and that is where the ability to generate customer relationship and service strategies acquires value. This applied business project proposes a proposal on how to manage customer service in trade-union organizations, where customers are at the same time their partners, and where the offer of services is largely focused on representing the interests of the sector before the different entities and competents institutions. The proposal is based on a strategic model supported by two components, the first refers to the Customer Service Management Model itself, which includes actions and tools to strengthen the relationship with partners. The second component focuses on the client-centered corporate culture, which includes actions to guide the behaviors of employees based on the satisfaction of the associates with the service provided by the guild.

Análisis del sistema de gestión humana por competencias aplicado al perfilamiento y sucesión dentro del plan de carrera del personal de la Armada Nacional
Gómez del Castillo, Carolina
This Case Study is focused on describing the Human Competency Management System implemented by the Colombian Navy and making known the success factors, the lessons learned and potential for improvement that have been generated with the application of the System from the beginning. year 2008 to date, and how it has been possible to impact on the fulfillment of the strategic objectives of the organization through people as a strategic resource and the commitment demonstrated throughout the organizational structure. The study starts from the strategic disaggregation at the organizational level in the Navy, aligning the mission, vision, objectives, processes and their activities with the functions of the agencies and their positions, which allows identifying the size of each organization (Tables Organization of Personnel) and the contribution of each position to the strategic objective. This disaggregation also contributes to the definition of the objectives, functions and job profiles, which are basic inputs in the management of human talent, for updating and adjusting the administration tools within the Work Cycle within which the Personnel Plan, the Career Plan and the Positions Rank stand out. Therefore, the systematic and interdependent coexistence between the Human Talent Administration tools, allows through the process of evaluation, profiling and succession, in addition, to manage knowledge at the organizational level to guarantee the fulfillment of the processes in compliance of the Constitutional mission. In this sense, the positions and profiles of the positions are grouped by body and specialty (professional or technological careers according to the category), and their competencies ranked in accordance with the profile, which allows to profile the personnel within the succession in the organization , scheme that builds the Career Plan, guaranteeing the transfer of knowledge during the development of the Plan in order to give continuity to the processes and in this way meet the strategic objectives of the Colombian Navy. Finally, in the conclusions of this case study, emphasis is placed on the importance of the implementation of the Human Management System for Competencies in the National Navy and its impact on the development of the people that make it up for the fulfillment of the mission and Likewise, the importance that the application of the System has had specifically in the selection process of the Officers who will take the Staff Course (CEM) is highlighted, who will be trained as future leaders in the naval organization, and for this They must have the profile, leadership capacity and the competencies required to continue their professional development and contribute to the Institution in the positions for which they will be appointed, demonstrating superior performance to contribute to the fulfillment of the strategic vision for the year 2042.

Propuesta de un modelo de apertura de supermercado para la cadena de supermercados Maximax
Salazar Pedreros, Giancarlo
Currently, the supermarket sector has become increasingly competitive, leading retailers to seek ways to reduce costs and improve efficiency. In this context, we propose a supermarket store model that reduces installation and implementation costs by optimizing the use and utilization of the areas and processes associated with it. To achieve this, we have used analysis models such as the PESTAL model, Porter's five forces, and systematic evaluation matrices. These models have allowed us to identify key areas where we can reduce costs and improve efficiency. With our proposed model, we focus on hard discount supermarkets, as in this sector, margins are very tight and any cost reduction can have a significant impact on store profitability. In conclusion, our supermarket store model proposes a series of improvements that can reduce installation and implementation costs, allowing Maximax to be more competitive in the market. With the implementation of these proposals, hard discount Maximax supermarkets can improve their efficiency and increase profitability, making them an attractive option for consumers.

Propuesta de una estructura organizacional acorde con la estrategia definida por la organización ARO al 2025
Estructura organizacional y estrategía
Pardo Martínez, Clara Inés
The ARO Organization is one of the agencies responsible for promoting standardization, certification, metrology and quality management in Colombia and other Latin American countries. This organization has projected its development plan to 2025. As part of this, the need to generate a structural model that allows an efficient and satisfactory response to the requirements of the national and international market has been considered. Indeed, within its strategic plan, it establishes the relevance of doing some change in the organizational structure, in order to align it to its strategy, which seeks to centralize the production of services and focus its organizational development plan on the generation of a true cultural transformation. It is expected that this initiative, which is intended to contribute directly to the proposal presented here, can implement a comprehensive portfolio sectorized in ten basic areas, namely: 1) health, 2) agri-food, 3) construction and real estate, 4) logistics and transportation, 5) education, 6) public administration, 7) manufacturing and industrial sector, 8) energy, oil and gas, 9) tourism and gastronomy and 10) other services. The foregoing, in order to generate competitiveness in the market, increase revenues, stimulate the sustainability of the company in the long term and generate trust, as well as benefit the employees, customers, beneficiaries and the community in general.

Helados Frutillar: Oportunidad de crecimiento
Frutillar Ice Creams: Growth opportunity
Acosta Gámez, Alejandro
The ice cream sector is a sector that is growing in our country, as is the gastronomic tourism sector in Boyacá, which has been a strategic pillar for the last governorates of said department. Helados Frutillar has worked in these sectors and has developed its commercial activity over the last three decades with an administrative strategy that has allowed it to remain financially viable and in recent years to present an increase in its net profit that allows it to be in an ideal setting for its growth. It is for this reason that the objective of this case study was to evaluate the relevance and viability of a growth alternative that would allow the extension of the own brand of Helados Frutillar. Methodologically, different principles and tools were used, among which are Human-Centered Design and Product Market Fit, which allowed knowing the client and his needs, as well as defining the value proposition: “The artisanal, familiar and pleasant ice cream parlor " This development determined that the opening of a new Frutillar Ice Cream store is relevant to the market. Finally, the design, location and implementation plan for the new store was constructed, identifying that the most relevant location for this store is the Venice sector in Sogamoso, Boyacá. A new store design was proposed, based on the characteristics of the place and the essence of Helados Frutillar. The implementation process, brand promotion and initial financial structure were discussed.

Morada personalización de espacios de vivienda
Manzoni, Massimo
Morada personalización de espacios specializes in the financing, design, and adaptation of interior areas of VIS housing according to the requirements and budget of the client, transforming the apartment in gray work, into a personalized space that makes the most of the acquired area, providing a tangible optimization of space. Through three services, it aims to positively impact new VIS homebuyers by providing short-term solutions to finish their homes and fulfill the dream of living. Through the design service, the client will be able to have co-creation sessions so that their home is unique and reflects their personality. The adaptation service seeks to be a quick work with finishes and national elements that promote local talent, as well as the completion of finishes and installation of elements and accessories that contribute to the rational use of natural resources. Lastly, financing aims to help the client make the adjustment in the shortest time, providing the economic resources to achieve it with a loan with interest rates much lower than those of the market. After studying the context, there is no competitor with the same characteristics, therefore, Morada will arrive as a leader in its category to benefit each of its stakeholders with a strong value proposition. To start the project, sixty-eight million Colombian pesos are required, which are part of the savings of the shareholders of the project, and it is estimated that the business will break even in mid-2024 after almost a year of operation. The projections for 2027 show that with a comfortable sales plan and reaching only 4% of the possible audience, Morada will have around three thousand million profits.

Diagnóstico sobre el aprovechamiento de residuos plásticos en Bogotá dentro del entorno de economía circular
Muñoz Espinosa, Dora Inés
Context This study is developed under the context and information available to the city of Bogotá, oriented to its management of plastic waste, the management and use of these, and the way in which support to the sector plays a preponderant role in improving quality. of life. as well as the importance of the implementation of the sustainable development goals and the concept associated with the circular economy, as well as the challenges that the industry and citizens will have to face to achieve the district's commitments, as well as the reduction of pressure on resources natural and environment. Object Present a diagnosis of the current situation of the management and handling of plastic solid waste in the utilization chain in Bogotá, framed in the concepts of the Sustainable Development Goals and the National Circular Economy strategy. Analysis In Bogotá, the daily production of solid waste per inhabitant is 0.85 kg, which is equivalent to a production of 6.868 tons / day for the total population of Bogotá. Organic solid waste occupies 53% of the total solid waste, followed by plastic waste that produces 17% of the total. Which indicates that these 2 wastes added are 70% of the total waste generated in the city, the difference is that the former have the facility to degrade between 4 and 6 months after being discarded, while the plastic waste that is produced made from synthetic polymers, they can take between 100 and 1000 years. Applied methodology Various methodologies and frameworks were applied, including PESTLE for its acronym in English, DOFA, to achieve a Value Proposition that allows reviewing each process of the life cycle of the container or packaging and determining a set of strategies to achieve the objective of the Diagnosis. . Conclusions As part of the analysis process, using the data and information available, the results made it possible to identify 5 five factors that affect the fulfillment of the SDGs, which are considered fundamental and constitute a work base on which to develop B2B business models between interested organizations; The best articulation of these business models is presented with other results of this diagnosis, where the proposal of 3 business opportunities associated with the 5 factors is evidenced and 8 guidelines were generated to implement the circular economy

Bibliotecas universitarias y su impacto sobre el rendimiento académico de los estudiantes “Estudio de caso del Centro de Recursos para el Aprendizaje y la Investigación CRAI de la Universidad del Rosario y su incidencia en el éxito estudiantil”
Molano Camargo, Milton
This case study seeks to determine if there is a relationship between the use of university libraries and CRAI services and resources regarding the student success from the academic performance front as a determining factor of student persistence. With the application of the CRISP-DM methodology for data analysis, it is intended to determine behaviours regarding the use of these services and resources taking as a criterion of academic performance the accumulated average of the students. It is also considered of great importance that libraries redefine their role to face the challenges of student retention, being a proactive body and not simply functioning in reaction to the academic needs of the institution. Based on these results, it seeks to contribute to the benefit of the Universidad del Rosario, as a referent for other universities and higher education institutions, so that they can adopt different analyses and recommendations.

Modelo de emprendimiento Granja ovina Doña Gaby
Vivas García, Luis Javier
The current demand is based on a consumption of 17.3 kilograms per capita and has been decreasing compared to the 20.5 of the year 2.00, however, the market for fear of the weakening of the offer has increased its anxiety and this has increased the price of the meat in the country. This is a reality that has affected the market and the diet of Colombian households. Also, from the municipalities of La Calera and Choachí without exception. However, in this context, it is a challenge to find a substitute offer that responds to the identified problems of the existing perception in the country of a low supply of meats. This has consequently, in turn, an evident increase in the price of meat in the country and that is why our project is being structured as a producer project of breeding sheep to produce meat in the municipalities of La Calera and Choachí (Cundinamarca). This proposal is oriented towards the organization of a semi-stalled production process with breeds of lambs that are meat producers, such as the Dorper Breed, through which we intend to enter the market offering breeding stock that produce lamb meat. and that allows the merchants of the municipalities of La Calera and Choachí to have access and promote the consumption of a substitute meat product for bovine meat.

El transporte aéreo de pasajeros en Colombia: Aspectos para la competitividad
Guix, Mireia
Pardo Martínez, Clara Inés
The present work highlights the importance of air transport as a crosscutting element in world economic activity and in Colombia specifically. From there, the key factors of competitiveness in the air transport sector in general are analyzed and then it establishes a direct relationship with the current state of aviation in Colombia so that through the existing literature the level of competitiveness in the country in relation to the passenger air transport industry, progress against performance indicators and the challenges facing the industry. After identifying the variables and the status of each one in Colombia, a series of challenges arise that must be activated in order for the country to be competitive at a regional and global level. Aspects such as infrastructure, operating costs, tax systems, connectivity, prices and quality of service are included. For each identified variable, a solution alternative is proposed that can be applied from the public sector in alliance with the private sector. These include: creation of minihubs or regional connection centers, better tax distribution, investment in airport infrastructure, integration of airport and airline systems, and exemption from fuel charges as a way to subsidize this mode of transport, especially in regional routes. This work allows us to see with data and analysis of the industry the reality of commercial aviation in Colombia, the challenges that must be overcome to position the country at the regional and global level in terms of air competitiveness. To achieve this, specific solution alternatives are provided, feasible in the medium and long term

Planta Verde: Propuesta de diversificación de portafolio de Cannabis medicinal CBD en Colombia
Paredes Escobar, Mario Rolando
Paredes Escobar, Mario Rolando
Planta Verde: Proposal to diversify the CBD medicinal Cannabis portfolio in Colombia This report seeks to present a solution to the business problem of Planta Verde: Proposal to diversify the CBD medicinal Cannabis portfolio in Colombia, presenting in a suggested way what the approach should be in terms of the portfolio to continue in the Cannabis industry in Colombia. This study is carried out on the national as well as international reality and seeks to propose realistic solutions for the company, based mainly on three evaluation criteria: i) Viability according to the legal and regulatory framework, ii) Necessary capital investment and iii) Potential market, as well as relevant market information in order to achieve a comprehensive look at the cannabis industry in Colombia. At present, the medicinal Cannabis industry in Colombia is in a generalized production stagnation, justified mainly because the perception of competitiveness in the Colombian market, focused on the cultivation and production capacity of Cannabis oils and extracts and all the advantages that geographically a country like ours has for the development of agribusiness. This led many companies focus their efforts on this part of the production chain and in the short term no alternatives will be proposed to reach the final consumer; In addition to the fact that, in parallel to private investment in the development of the different projects, local regulation did not advance in the expected direction towards the export of dried flower (Decree 613 of 2017), where initially it was observed as a clear opportunity to market. To solve the business problem, several interviews were carried out with different executive members of Planta Verde and other key players within the sector, with the aim of fully understanding the company's situation and its vision for the future in the Cannabis sector. medicinal both in Colombia and abroad. The different studies carried out at the international and national level were also used as a reference, as well as examples of good practices, replicable by the industry and thus being able to define the viability of the solutions to be considered, considering as determining factors the three evaluation criteria mentioned above. .

Diseño de herramientas de mejora de procesos en el área de servicio al cliente en una empresa del sector salud
Sacristán, Julián
The context of this work is a company that sells medical devices and healthcare products. Since the start of operations, its main intention has been to enable more people to have access to the best possible technology to treat coronary and valvular disease and refractory epilepsy. It aims to do so through its principal customers, the hospitals across the country. The company has grown quickly in the last few years, and it has become obvious that it needs to improve its processes for invoicing, delivery and tracking of products in order to meet its expectations of growth in operations and wider reach in terms of the number of patients benefitting from the use of the devices. As a contribution to the solution of this problem, an initial diagnosis was made of the three processes identified as critical; this was followed by a proposal for improvements and tools that would enable the company to optimize its customer services, The work would be deployed in four stages: 1) Diagnoses of the processes described; 2) Optimization of invoicing processes, including follow-up to product shipments; 3) Proposal for alternatives to improve channels of communication with customers and attend to their requirements promptly; and 4) (as a suggestion) the possibility of introducing indicators to measure the evolution and impact of the improvements made in the process. . The proposal was delivered to the company, and the effect of implementation should be shorter turnaround, fewer errors and risks identified, and better financial performance associated with the overall improvements to the process and, as a result, a positive impact of all these factors in overcoming the restrictions that are currently affecting the company.

Creación y desarrollo de la IMF “Fundación Multicrédito”, como estrategia de diversificación del grupo empresarial Industrias Milán S.A.
Gutiérrez Rodríguez, Julian Esteban
The MFI is designed to democratize access to sports activity, granting consumer loans to people with limited purchasing power digitally and immediately in the commercial establishment of the distributor where the product is displayed. The advantage of Multicrédito, lies in the synergy generated with IBM, because unlike the other MFIs that currently provide the financing service, Multicrédito will generate an independent collection network and at the same time provide through IBM, the immediate benefit of credit to the state portfolio of the owner of the establishment, ensuring the continuous consumption of the distributor towards IBM products. In addition, because they are of a social nature, part of the profits will be invested in supporting infants for the formal development of sports activities and facilitating transport to school in rural areas. Multicrédito is projected to be registered in January 2020 and its operation by March 2020, its main objective being to strengthen the value chain in the commercialization of IBM products, creating greater differentiation against current competitive offers.

SALVA
Pardo Martínez, Clara Inés
Feeding a world whose population by 2050 is estimated to be 9 billion people, 20% more than the current population, will become one of the humanity's greatest challenges. To face this colossal challenge, not only the food production processes must be exponentially improved, but also the control of food waste and loss. In Colombia food waste and loss reaches around 10 million tons per year. / The incoherence that arises when comparing the percentage of food loss, versus the one million nine hundred and forty thousand hungry people every day, only in Bogotá, generates a deep question about how to contribute to achieve a solution, or better yet, how to be able to approach two problems that solve each other: Hunger and the loss and waste of food. / The SALVA project is a potential solution to the problem of food loss and waste in Colombia. Evolución 2011- 2018 del Mercado Integrado Latinoamericano (MILA) y retos para su desarrollo estratégico
Useche Arévalo, Alejandro José
The purpose of this paper is to explain the evolution of the Latin American Integrated Market (MILA) in the period of time 2011-2018 and the main challenges that has to deal to be considerate an attractive and liquidity market for the investors of the four countries. For the research, we realized an analytical analysis focus in three scopes: The first one is an analysis for the creation of the competitive advantages for MILA; this research is based in the theory of competitive of Michael Porter, the Model of Cluster of the same author and the Coopetition model of Brandenburger & Nalebuff (1996). The second one is the data analysis of the negotiation and characteristics of each MILA´s exchange. And the third scope is identify the challenges that face MILA through qualitative semi-structured interviews to the entities that participate in the MILA market. In conclusion, we identify that the main variables in which the MILA as a market has opportunity of improvement are the entry barriers, as well as the confirmation that the application of the cluster theory by the stock exchanges when integrating through the MILA was successful in response to competition with the exchanges of other countries not only of the region but of the world.

Innovación ecoturística, autosostenible con miras a la disminución del impacto ambiental basada en una economía circular
Fernandéz, Andrés
According to the World Trade Organization (WTO), Colombia ranked seventh place across Latin America in 2018 as a touristic destination (measured by the number of visits) 7.8 million under Argentina which occupies the second place after the leader (México). The aforementioned represents an opportunity to grow and improve Colombian tourism. Accordingly, Camping and Cabañas Los Balcones were born as an alternative to promote employment and tourism in the Tota lake. Camping and Cabañas Los Balcones are focused on three different fields (i) Glamping (wooden cottages with comfort), (ii) Camping (tenders with the provision of basic necessities), and (iii) restaurants (focused on Colombian dishes). The business seeks to focus on clients passionate about nature, and ecotourism willing to (i) keep the comfort while traveling without leaving the environmental responsibility over the Tota lake. After different analyzes of the entrepreneurship, its operation based on a circular economy in their operation by using clean energies and cyclic productive procedures. Trying to obtain the breakeven point in a time not older than 3 years.

Consolidación de procesos transaccionales en Centro de Servicios Compartidos para empresas multinacionales
Rubio Rubio, Ana María
Aligned with the focus framework determined by the company to prioritize strategies, it seeks to develop an applied project that impacts operational excellence through the simplification of ways of working and the reduction of complexity in the global supply chain. To achieve this, it has identified that in the company there are substantial differences in the way of executing internal transactional processes, which is a consequence of multiple acquisitions that have been carried out in different markets. Even though this does not prevent its correct operation, it does make it difficult to execute processes and activities in a standard way and carry out improvements or automation projects. The relevance of this project lies in the fact that the opportunity to consolidate the transactional processes is identified (what these transactional processes are will be explained later) through a Shared Services Center, which will make it possible for a subsequent project to replicate good practices in each division, standardize activities, documentation and thus give way to future automation that in turn will generate efficiencies and savings for the operation. The analysis will begin by learning about the context of shared services centers in multinational companies, studying the success stories and lessons learned from these projects, identifying the processes likely to be consolidated and finally delivering a detailed procedure with the steps that must be executed to achieve centralization. This plan will include the methodology for calculating savings from the benefits achieved by movements of personnel and processes to the Shared Service Center in Medellín-Colombia. The implementation of this plan will provide benefits to the organization not only in terms of cost reduction, but also in the opening towards the management of operational efficiencies and digitization. From this study, it is evident that the transition of activities towards the Shared Services Center is achievable and will be characterized by different factors, where the following stand out: consolidate the transactional processes of the company that are part of the roadmap defined for the centralization of knowledge between areas and countries. Provide savings from the migration of each process according to the model delivered in this case of study, which will be between 28% and 57% compared to the current annual cost, depending on the selected scenario. Manage a structured project according to the procedure detailed in this study. Deploy a communications plan detailing the objectives, challenges, and achievements of each of the implementation phases to keep stakeholders informed and aligned with the project; this will support the Change Management process, allowing functional leaders to establish a direct, effective, and transparent communication with their work teams.

Propuesta para el abordaje estratégico de la problemática organizacional de Nefrouros
Pardo Martínez, Clara Inés
Nefrouros is a company that was born in Colombia 16 years ago with the aim of being the best place where a patient with kidney disease can be cared for. It has managed to grow at a faster rate than its competitors in recent years and today it is present in 25 cities in the country and has opened its first headquarters outside of Colombia. Its participation in the market is important and it has managed to open a space in a market historically led by companies with a large participation in the international market. However, the financial situation of Nefrouros is not the best because over the last two years its profits have deteriorated drastically and it has had difficulties to improve them given its participation in a market characterized by inelastic demand and high government regulation that makes that the services offered are very similar to those of its competitors and therefore there is a limited possibility of transforming the service dynamics. This document aims to develop a strategy that allows the Organization to improve its financial results through a model that impacts the sustainability of the Organization and allows it to continue with its expansion process. Through a diagnosis of the Organization that recognizes the participation of its interest groups and their impact on the Organization, a strategy based on strategic, economic and socio-environmental approaches is developed through a thematic approach that allows the Organization improve its profit expectation for the first year of implementation through a process that involves all of the Organization's collaborators and is based on a model of change and transformation of the organizational culture that also provides the company a greater and better capacity to respond to the changes generated by the changing environment to which it belongs.

Lecciones aprendidas, factores de éxito y oportunidades de mejora de la gestión de las comunicaciones en crisis durante la COVID-19: caso de estudio de una universidad privada en Bogotá.
Paredes Escobar, Mario Rolando
Universities can face annually crisis events given the institutional, national or world circumstances. The Coronavirus pandemic in 2020 put the missionary continuity of various organizations at risk, given the impossibility of continuing to work in person, which led them to react quickly. To provide an adequate response to these crisis scenarios, organizations must have a roadmap that allows them to carry out a set of specific actions. One of the tools to respond in time to these scenarios is the good use of communications, with assertive and on time messages, and directed to specific stakeholders. This thesis analyzes the management of communications during the pre-crisis and crisis of Coronavirus in a private university in Bogotá. It is important to remember that universities were, without a doubt, one of the organizations that had to quickly rethink the way of giving its classes in the middle of the situation.

Plataforma huerta urbana
Vivas García, Luis Javier
From the approach of new challenges in the different life scenarios that we are faced with today and from the understanding of consumer decision-making, a digital-based venture was born, Oasis Huerta Urbana; an online platform that is at the forefront of the needs of the current market and takes advantage of the strength of e-commerce as a strategic channel, where the convenience, incentive and ease of electronic commerce take center stage, with the philosophy of "omnicommerce" as a frictionless, integrated and above all personalized shopping experience. We are a green business model that generates positive environmental impact and sustainable development; we offer and promote food safety through packaged agricultural sector products, we have planting supplies and geotextile pots as our own product; We are sustainable and that we respect the limits of our planet, seeking to create gardens in any space of Colombian homes; We train and educate the users of our platform constantly, in food safety through the conservation of seeds, improvement of plant cover, mitigation of the effects of climate change, the use of organic waste and the promotion of 3Rs (reduce -reuse-recycle).

Estereotipos de género: conflicto en el sistema corporativo
Pardo Martínez, Clara Inés
Currently, organizations are looking for a path that allows them to promote competitiveness, economic and sustainable development within society, contributing to social justice and making use of good practices in their Corporate Social Responsibility projects. Despite this, few efforts have focused on eliminating gender inequality in the corporate system, this being a path to achieve the objective. Recognizing women, as a social component that energizes the economy, allows them to maximize their participation within the instances of corporate governance, contributing to gender equality as a winning element that provides value to the organization and is affected by high impact. For this reason, the report of this applied business project is to provide companies with a working guide with specific strategies that allow them to contribute to promoting gender equality, within the participation of women in the organization and recovering their fundamental rights, in a practical way, optimizing the resource and making use of the tools with the current account of the organizational model.

Compañía de servicio técnico HVAC para el Estado de La Florida, EE. UU.
Neita Guauque, Alexander Gregory
This project proposes the creation of a company in the State of Florida that provides specialized technical service in the HVAC sector for residential and commercial customers, based on three key points to take advantage of properly: (1) In this state there is a documented high and growing demand. (2) Existing companies, even when they have a wide coverage, show a low-satisfactory response capacity in the market. (3) The specialized technical service is a well-received and well-paid product in this market, unlike other countries or segments where competition is based solely on price. Based on these key points, a value promise can be generated for an exclusive group of customers, which covers a small portion of the state's demand. The general project could require an initial investment slightly above than USD$70,000, resources that will be contributed by the founding partners. It is expected to reach the break-even point from the first year, a total return on investment for the third year, and an equity above USD$1.2M in the fifth year of operation. These results can be achieved with a market share aspiration of less than 1% of the total demand for technical service of this economic sector in the State. Initially, the metropolitan areas of Miami, Orlando, and Tampa will be covered.

Support Network
Manzoni, Massimo
Support Network is a social enterprise that seeks to impact families in vulnerable conditions in Bogota and its surroundings. The service offered is a Marketplace where they can find products for children between 0 and 24 months. The business model is based on the solidarity of donor families since it was identified that many of them do not know what to do with the products that are in optimal conditions and they once used with their children, so the idea is to give these products a second chance, promoting the circular economy model and sustainability. Donor families will be compensated for their solidarity, and they will receive miles from LifeMiles, which is an attractive way to engage them since with these miles they will be able to access a great variety of products and services. Regarding the beneficiary families, priority will be given to women registered in the Sisbén in all categories. Support Network's vision is to improve the quality of life of 500,000 families in vulnerable conditions. Finally, the project's sources of financing are the sale of the products donated by people who wish to contribute to alleviating poverty.

The results indicate that when analyzing the data obtained by each one of the surveys carried out during FY 22 Q3 and Q4, it was evidenced that during this period 447 responses were obtained to the survey carried out, which corresponds to 15% of the clients who answered the satisfaction survey, where work must be done to improve various processes throughout the sales cycle in order to improve the customer experience. Taking into account the analysis of the results obtained in the satisfaction survey, it is identified that work must be done on the implementation of actions that contribute to strengthening the company's sales process and the relationship with the final customer, where strategies are developed that allow to improve the soft skills of the sellers and likewise improve the customer experience, additionally carry out a recognition plan to have a reach of 100% of responses for the next quarters that the survey will be carried out.

De ITIL® 3 a ITIL® 4 SENA - Cuando creemos creamos
Díaz Piraquive, Flor Nancy
The transition from version 3 of the ITIL® reference framework to ITIL® 4 in the National Learning Service Systems Office was presented as one of the requirements of the multiple obligations that the provider of technological services for the Entity had to carry out, from November 2019 until July 31, 2022 and corresponded to one of the strategic objectives to be achieved set out in the IT Strategic Plan presented by the Entity's Systems Office and which aims to reduce technological gaps and achieve strategic breakthroughs. SENA in the ICT Strategic Plan included four pillars, namely: Strengthen training for labor relations mediated by ICTs, Promote business management with the support of ICTs, Leverage the transformation of SENA Digital 4.0. and Enabling institutional management with Information Technologies. The latter is the origin of the selection process by Public Tender that concludes with the hiring of a company for the Management of its ICT projects of the Systems Office. The entity considered that, although the Information and Communication Technologies had to be seen in an integral way with all its components, this holistic vision should also consider the Management of ICT Services to achieve the mission and vision of the Entity from the fulfillment of its strategic objectives. Initially, the author defined the Design of the Transition Plan from ITIL®3 to ITIL®4 as the problem to be solved, considering both the ICT Service Management and the different contractual obligations, through which it was established that these services should be provided. following guidelines of best practices, reference frameworks, current regulations, and the Digital Government Policy. However, later the Entity and the Technology Provider specified the scope in the meetings with the entity and the ICT operator in May 2022 and agreed that the scope of the problem was that indicated in the obligation according to numeral 2.2.2.1.1.4. So: The CONTRACTOR during the term of the contract must present the transition plans for the adoption of ITIL® 4 which will be verified and approved by the Inspectorate and SENA, since the current practices correspond to version 3. (National Learning Service SENA, 2019b, p.18) The objective of addressing this business problem from an academic point of view was to present the results of the exercises carried out in the subjects studied, using Challenge-Based Learning (CBL®), the application of the concepts learned Management, Systematic Inventive Thinking® and the ITIL® Service Management framework. The objective of the solution proposed for the business problem is that, from the initial design of the transition plan, the urgency of the change is presented, its implementation is recommended and with the experience in management of ICT services, an operation is proposed and provided with the best practices by adopting and adapting the different frames of reference and transforming, in the client and in the company, the culture of customer service. xix From a business point of view, the specific objective of presenting the initial design of the Transition Plan is to generate a sense of urgency for change and initiate awareness of the execution of a project proposing innovation in processes and products. From the point of view of the operation, the specific objective corresponds to promoting in the team the concept of generating value from the knowledge of the Service Value System and the Continuous Improvement Model proposed in ITIL®4. From the professional and personal point of view, the specific objective is to generate the alignment between the responsibilities of the Services Management with the formal and non-formal training of the author and the strategic vision of the company in relation to the execution of the technology contract. with the largest official budget in Colombia. Finally, as a result, in addition to the Transition Plan for the ICT Service Operator, basic exercises are obtained to solve operation problems and a personal vision aligned with the problem to be solved. It is concluded that the Initial Transition Plan Design must include responsibilities for the entity and for the ICT service provider that executes the respective contract, covering the four dimensions of ICT Service Management indicated in ITIL® 4 and empowering the 7 principles and the 34 practices in all concerned.

Pensamiento Estratégico y Gestión de la Innovación en la Producción Cinematográfica: Un acercamiento al futuro de la industria.
Martínez, Adelfa
Since the creation of the colombian film legislation there have been interesting steps have been taken to consolidate the cinematographic industry. Thanks to the Culture Law of 1997, some mechanisms for film production and promotion were created with the appearance of the Cinematography Direction Office and the Mixed Fund for Film Promotion also known as "Proimágenes Colombia". Thanks to laws 814 of 2004 and 1556 of 2012, the country has experienced a boom in production, exhibition and distribution never seen before in the almost 100 years of local industry. The first film law (814) established a fee for the Colombian Film Fund also known as “Promotion of Cinematographic Development” (FDC) that is charged from the film consumer's tickets in the country. This has allowed, according to figures from the Colombian Film Office, the production of more 300 films since the beginning of the law. Likewise, a tax incentive was established for private companies that, for investing or donating in film projects, receive a 165% deduction in their national income tax return. On the other hand, Law 1556 has allowed foreign productions to come to the national territory to consolidate Colombia as a privileged destination within the international scene. However, film producers have numerous challenges in strategic and innovation terms at a key moment in the industry, where digital convergence and breaking the traditional exhibition model challenge the strategic management and the innovation culture inside the film production process. This research aims to study the facts and statistics that occur around the national film industry to strengthen managerial competencies through two key management concepts: Strategic Thinking and Innovation Management.

Propuesta metodológica de una matriz multicriterio para la evaluación de medicamentos en oncología
Pino Villarreal, Luis Eduardo
Proposal of a multi-criteria decision matrix for the evaluation of drugs in oncology. The complexity of cancer is not purely biological, its cost structure creates pressure on health systems derived from technological innovation that has an immense speed and variability. For this reason the analysis of health technologies must evolve to encompass the new realities and indicators derived from modern oncology. And thus be able to define the new inclusions, but also determine the true therapeutic value. From this perspective, a methodological proposal was developed consisting of a multicriteria matrix for the decision applied in the clinical setting of immunotherapy for treatment of metastatic or advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). A clinical scenario where these drugs have changed clinical outcomes. This proposal provides a necessary methodology adjusted to the modern oncology scenario. Allowing a multi-criteria analysis adjusted to evolve the traditional evaluations of health technologies in a dynamic and adjustable way according to the state of the art of the different clinical scenarios, linking it with the new outcomes in cancer provided by technological innovation. This allows stakeholders of the healthcare sector to execute an efficient and scientific clinical-administrative integration.

Educo – Créditos Educativos Digitales
Martinez, Liliana Patricia
Educo – Créditos Educativos Digitales is a digital financing alternative that operates through a technological platform (Fintech), through which the target population, in principle the population of the Department of Boyacá could manage their financial necessity to get access to education in preschool, basic primary, secondary, and higher education. Easy, fast and safe access to the resources is proposed, through the risk data bases validation, approval and outlay of Cash to the beneficiary's account, all of this in an average of 72 hours and offers a different financing alternative to the current one, centralized in the conventional financial agents market, through soft loans that allow financial inclusion and promote rising the educational level of the region, driving the commitment and continuity through economic incentives. Educo – Créditos Educativos Digitales, is looking for delivering credits from FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ($500.000 COP) and until THREE MILLION PESOS ($3.000.000 COP), managed through a mobile or PC, being a process With 100% digital approval. A total capital of COP 1,400 million will be required for the project development, the resources will be contributed by three founding shareholders and two investors. Each one with a capital contribution of COP 280 million. Once the financial model has been finalized with the assumptions set forth in this Applied Project, the result is a profitable and sustainable business figure over time, which allows us to grant at the end of each fiscal year through a profit pool.

Aplicativo para disminuir los trayectos vacíos del transporte terrestre de carga en Colombia
Castañeda, Jaime Andrés
The purpose of this project is to analyze the feasibility of developing an application that reduces the empty travels in freight ground transport in Colombia. Using mobile interconnectivity, the objective is to increase demand and facilitate the supply of land freight transport, initially in the department of Cundinamarca. This study intends to identify the resources (tangible and intangible) necessary to carry out the project, analyzing the main limitations and advantages that the environment provides for its execution and defining the structure of its implementation. For the development of this project, information will be collected from the land transport sector and its sociocultural environment in the region where the digital app will be tested. The information will be analyzed mainly from two criteria, first the operational feasibility of the application, which will establish and ensure that the conditions required are presented within the interest group. Second the financial viability, which will establish the economic impact of the development of the digital app.

Estandarización de los procesos de compras, manejo de activos fijos y manejo de inventarios, en un colegio internacional de la ciudad de Bogotá
Molano Camargo, Milton
Through the implementation of clear rules and a work procedure within an-International School in the city of Bogotá, it seeks to establish guidelines and a guide that is easy to understand for the entire community, so that control can be carried out in purchases, fixed assets and inventories of the school. Some indicators will be established that facilitate the measurement of the effectiveness of the approved procedure that allow opportunities for improvement to be detected in time to carry out corrective measures and adjust the procedures to the needs of the institution. The idea arises from the fact that, in said school of Bogotá, there are no administrative procedures or a guide that is commonly used that allows measuring the effectiveness and safety of the procedure or in a way that can be carried out and measured the processes. It is essential to formalize what to do when making or requesting a purchase of goods and services and personal property (fixed assets), how to control them and how to proceed when carrying out an inventory. At the end of this study, it will be possible to quantify the savings and benefits of the standardization of processes of this proposal.

Plan de acción para optimizar la modalidad de trabajo híbrido en la empresa Energizer de Colombia S.A. implementado como resultado de la post pandemia
Tugues Plaza, Carolina
This work gathers the opinions and perceptions of the administrative workers of the company Energizer de Colombia S.A. regarding the advantages and disadvantages of the hybrid work modality implemented since May 2022 after a little more than two years of working remotely due to the sanitary restrictions established by COVID 19, opinions that were consolidated through a survey and that added to the literature and studies carried out by prestigious universities and entities on hybrid work, These opinions were consolidated through a survey and, together with the literature and studies conducted by prestigious universities and organizations on hybrid work, allowed us to identify areas for improvement that will benefit workers and thus the company itself, highlighting issues related to travel time, hours worked, leadership, communication, trust and, of course, quality of life, all of which directly impact the work environment and the organizational climate. On the other hand, these opportunities for improvement were the starting point when designing an action plan that the company should implement to optimize its resources and increase the satisfaction and commitment of its employees, highlighting the need to train workers in the use of new technologies and assertive communication, and to train leaders in the advantages of hybrid work, and on the other hand, in the adequacy of spaces that allow to participate in calls and meetings in a private way, activities, spaces and strategies that encourage workers to attend the offices to conclude by saying that a motivated and comfortable worker is a committed worker, where commitment generates quality and this in turn generates excellence

Velapay: Domiciliación de pagos
VelaPay como aplicación de pagos
VelaPay, automatización de pagos
Velapay: Direct payment
Contreras Torres, Francoise Venezia
Buitrago Jiménez, Luis Alberto
This project aims to develop a business plan on an entrepreneurial idea called VelaPay, which is a web application designed to direct online all kinds of goods and services invoices through computers or mobile devices in a way that facilitates e-commerce ( Laudon & Guercio Traver, 2015) and organize the finances of digital users. This web application builds a payment profile of each user by the registration process and collects information intelligently building an electronic payment scheme periodically, automating at the same time the consumption habits under historical comportment patterns that solve the usual consumption needs of Digital users. Through this platform, users will not worry about paying their bills because the web application will be in charge of doing all payments at the corresponding dates as a digital financial solution that promotes responsible and safe consumption. The difference with other applications offered by the market is that: VelaPay automates the decision-making power of the user, while the applications that exist today are based on an action taken by the consumer from his cell phone whenever he requires it. In this way, VelaPay is an alternative that seeks for the consumer to parameterize their onsumption only once, and the application is responsible for paying it with the periodicity that is required in an automated way, and that is how consumers eliminate a concern of their days so that The application takes care of it. The afore mentioned will allow the creation of an efficient payment ecosystem for consumers that allows them to save time in rows and commitments to pay bank loan fees, payment of public services, payment of their children's academic tuition, among others, such as for providers saving costs of portfolio collection and inventory management. Finally, it is important to highlight that this idea fits into the current reality where the business world spins faster and faster and develops efficient alternatives that adjust to the constant consumption changes experienced by digital users who continue to demand digital financial solutions that contribute to the liberation of time and careless of all the commitments that today must be remembered and paid.

Pardo Ferrer, Santiago
The purpose of this work is to design a value proposition that provides support and integral well-being services for the elderly in the city of Bogotá D.C. which was carried out through the Challenge Based Learning (CBL) model. This model was created by Apple and is developed within the master's program of the Graduate School of Business (GSB) of the Universidad del Rosario. In the CBL, knowledge is appropriated, and different practical skills are developed through the applied analysis of real business and social problems. Recent studies by the World Health Organization (WHO) and by DANE, such as the 2018 Census and the departmental aging index, highlight that the world's aging rates are growing. Colombia has the need to serve this sector of the market due to the low offer of services for the elderly; this need can be met in advance by conducting studies that allow the identification of a niche market (WHO, 2019). It began with the identification of the observed need to serve the population of older adults in the city of Bogotá D.C., a population that is growing and needs attention to meet their different needs, not only economic but also social. This proposal in particular focuses on older adults than in the city of Bogotá D.C. that have a health condition that allows them to have independence for the development of their daily activities, perform basic movements and in general, be able to perform their vital activities. The value proposition is to provide a portfolio of services with an emphasis on comprehensive support that meets the future growing demand of older adults in the city of Bogotá D.C. According to the methodology, the objective of this work is to answer the question How develop a portfolio of comprehensive support services for the elderly in the city of Bogotá D.C.? In order to start answering this question, we will proceed with the study of the market segment of older adults in the city of Bogotá DC, for this it is necessary to understand the current and future status of the elderly, their main needs, In order to identify the real tastes of the elderly as our future potential client. For the development of the research, the application of focal interviews to our main interest group was carried out, in order to obtain relevant and accurate information that allows identifying the perception of each of the older adults interviewed in relation to our portfolio of services, this to contrast with the analysis of the information collected through different sources of information such as DANE, WHO and the Bank of the Republic, to determine the congruence of it.

Propuesta de mejoras en el proceso de identificación por radiofrecuencia (RFID) en una Institución prestadora de servicios de salud – (IPS) de cuarto nivel
Franco Franco, Carlos Alberto
The supply chain of a hospital has a degree of complexity greater than any other; this, because its main function is to provide inputs that contribute to saving people's lives, therefore, achieving an efficient process and adding value is important. The health sector in Colombia is going through a complex situation, as a consequence of factors that have negatively impacted its economic results, originating risks in its sustainability and from that perspective, hospital institutions are assuming the reduction of their costs as a priority, and they face challenges when evaluating, planning and executing the inclusion of technologies in their supply chains. In addition, this process implies investment of time of the healthcare personnel that must be dedicated to patient care. In this document, there is a proposal for improvement, for a hospital institution that decided to implement radiofrequency identification (RFID), with the main objective of having a novel and useful tool for inventory control of high-cost cardiovascular supplies, which would allow obtaining greater efficiencies in the process, but has not reached all of the proposed goals.

Efectos del Contrabando de Cigarrillo para la Industria: Un análisis del periodo 2012 - 2019
Cotte Poveda, Alexander
During the last few years, the smuggling phenomenon has shown significant growth in Colombia, for 2019 the perspective of the central government and different groups of businessmen show provisional data regarding a possible decrease in this phenomenon, which is very unlikely. Regarding the cigarette sector, there has been an increase in illicit market share, for example the most recent studies estimate that for 2016 it was over 13% and for 2018 it increased to a range between 20 % and 25%. Therefore, the objective of this study is to analyze the causes of tobacco and cigarette smuggling in the country and the impact it has on the different market players in Colombia. Using a methodology of trends, variability, volatility, and market power, it is possible to establish preliminary estimates of the smuggling phenomenon and its effects on the tobacco industry at the national level. Using simulations for a case study to determine the incidence of smuggling in a particular firm, the new equilibrium and the expected profit are determined, simulations are also carried out to estimate the market value at risk, taking smuggling in the market as a decision variable. of tobacco, Parametric VaR Value at Risk and Montecarlo simulations are used for signing with data from the Financial Superintendence and the Superintendency of Companies. It is concluded that the incidence of smuggling has effects on the profitability of firms, causing significant reductions in profit margins. It is suggested from public policy to adopt effective control instruments for this phenomenon.

El cambio estratégico de Royal Dutch Shell frente a la transición energética global: ¿Rumbo a un nuevo modelo de negocio?
Sanabria Rangel, José Mauricio
This document reports the foundations, the process followed and the final results of a research carried out in order to contribute to the increase of the current level of understanding about the processes of strategic change in the oil industry. This, within the framework of the new circumstances this industry is facing. A detailed, systematic, and in-depth study of a unique case focused on the Royal Dutch Shell was conducted. This company is one of the world leaders in the industry and of its main transformations throughout its history. The work carried out over a year and a half, from an interpretative epistemological approach and a qualitative methodology, allowed us to produce a wide amount of truly fundamental empirical material. This was analyzed thematically in a detailed, systematic, and rigorous way. The results highlight the existence of three essential themes that define Shell’s strategic change: 1) enaction, 2) dialectics, and 3) moral leadership focused on shared value. Each one of these is articulated, respectively, with three tensions and analogous concepts typical of the world of oil: 1) “determinism-voluntarism” and “natural resource”, 2) “particular interest-general interest” and “refining”, and 3) “tradition-renewal” and “fuel”. These findings allow us to propose a graphic representation of the conceptual model or understanding that also results from the theorization made about the studied phenomenon.

Monetizacion de la plataforma p2p lending PHX
Quimbaya Martinez, Liliana Patricia
The objective of this research was to find an alternative to the business problem faced by fintech startup PHX. This company has as a value proposition the creation of a web solution that allows lenders and borrowers who have no previous relationship to enter into loans through mutual contracts. The lender transfers his capital to the borrower and the latter pays the principal plus interest in installments. As the business model was in the validation stage, no charge was imposed on any of the parties for using this service. Once it has been verified that the venture proposal is possible from a logistical, economic, and legal point of view, a way to monetize this interaction is sought. It was established that the solution should avoid impacting the critical elements of success that are, profitability for lenders, competitiveness for borrowers, and speed of response for both. Three alternatives are proposed, the first, fixed compensation per transaction, the second consists on charging 100% of the first’s interests gained on the first installment. Finally, a fixed charge to both actors with an anticipated annual periodicity. It is decided to opt for the first one since the fee charged to the lender is proportional to his earnings. Implementing this alternative presents a challenge on its own, due to the fact that the service goes from a free of charge structure to a paid subscription. Such change must be managed by a senior member of the enterprise, controlling the transition The major upside from this, is that the business model becomes scalable, and the revenue generated from it can be reinvested in process automation, allowing further development in lower processing costs.

Automatización del proceso de documentación en empresa de servicios operativos logísticos
Amado Mateus, Marelby
This business project focuses on improving the documentary process in a logistics services outsourcing company. Currently, the company faces difficulties related to a high volume of documents, such as manuals and process maps, which are backed up. In addition, repetitive internal processes are observed in the quality department for the creation of said documents. In order to address this problem, the implementation of a technological solution that effectively streamlines these processes is proposed. To do this, a search and identification of the main document automation tools available on the market is carried out. These tools are evaluated based on their effectiveness, ability to reduce time, adaptability, ease of use and associated costs. Once the most appropriate technological solution has been selected, its implementation in the company is considered. This will allow the resources of the quality department to focus their efforts on the operation of each of the clients served, freeing them from repetitive tasks and giving them the opportunity to optimize their performance and provide a higher quality service.

The purpose of this case study is to show what the different results have been according to the approaches proposed for the reopening and recovery of a hotel establishment. Its foundations are market behavior and analysis as well as internal decisions and perspectives of the organization. During the tour of this case study, we will find the description of a situation experienced within the hotel industry as well as decisions and approaches that were decisive at the time to find a path towards the recovery of a particular establishment, but which can undoubtedly be used as guides for other hotels that are in a situation of uncertainty in their recovery process, even if they are of a different category and market
