dc.descriptionEl interés del presente Estudio de Caso es analizar la Cooperación Internacional Turca en un marco de Cooperación Sur – Sur con la Región de los Balcanes, específicamente con: Albania y Bosnia y Herzegovina. Entendiendo las dinámicas históricas que tiene la región con el Imperio Turco Otomano; las reformas internas realizadas por el partido AKP de Turquía y la fortaleza en política Exterior de éste evidenciada a través del Poder Blando de los Proyectos de Cooperación Internacional, se busca entender si la Cooperación sirvió como un mecanismo de posicionamiento como líder de Turquía en la región, ayudándole a autoproclamarse como tal utilizando mecanismos de exposición de habilidades, capacidades y recursos entre los años 2003 y 2014.spa
dc.description.abstractThe interest of this Study Case is to analyze the Turkish International Cooperation within the framework of South - South Cooperation with the Balkan Region, specifically: Albania and Bosnia Herzegovina. Understanding the historical dynamics that has the region with the Ottoman Empire; the internal reforms undertaken by the Turkish AKP party and the strength in foreign policy of it, evidenced through Soft Power International Cooperation projects, this investigation seeks to understand whether the cooperation served as a mechanism for positioning as a leader of Turkey in the region, helping to proclaim itself using exposure mechanisms of skills, capabilities and resources between 2003 and 2014.eng
