abstract = {The last thirty year finance hasexperienced profound studies and transformations. Its evolution and development has come closer to knowledge frontier. Besides at its beginning its work only concentrated in the practice, after the 50’sfinance theory became a more theoretical issue after acknowledge the risk and uncertainty in business and the economy. In the search for forecasting financial matters, finance theory used the conceptsdeveloped by the economic theory. The appearance and complexity of new phenomena made the financial theory use the economic theory as well as mathematics, statistics and econometrics. Nowadays itsindispensable to have deep knowledge in these areas to begin the study of finance.},
