abstract = {The theme which explore this work is the implementation of PISA in Colombia tests. This endpoint created by the Organization for the economic cooperation and development (OECD) is currently a standard of quality of education at an international level and various countries have implemented it as a way to evaluate the quality of educational practices that have been developed. The proposal of this work based on the suspicion that concern about the application of tests PISA in Colombia has an interest beyond giving solution to the problem of education in the country. From a perspective of international relations may address the previous suspicion, bearing in mind that there is also another repetitive additional component in Government speeches: the importance of the accession of Colombia to the OECD as a member country.},
