abstract = {The interest of this paper is to evaluate the environmental management tools in the process of full recovery of Fucha river. Seeks understanding through history, the processes that have led to the current deterioration of the same. Analyze interventions that have been made by the State and by the community, and from that establish possible guidelines and recommendations, improving the environmental conditions of the basin. From this process, it can be inferred that environmental management from stakeholders should be established as the cornerstone of development, just so it can ensure that the population is part of its territory and generate ownership.},
