abstract = {This case study is to identify the incidence of totalitarianism in the configuration of an isolationist foreign policy, taking the cases of the Third Reich and the People's Democratic Republic of Korea. Against which we can infer that the incidence of a totalitarian regime in configuring an isolationist foreign policy, is direct, as well as the national interest of the State, in order to implement reforms and acts that lead to the isolation of the nation of the international community. To this effect the realist paradigm will be used in order to contrast the differences and similarities between the cases in reference. Consequently, in the research it’s going to be used a mixed data management method, both quantitative and qualitative.},
