abstract = {Nowadays the high level of unemployment in Colombia makes necessary the creation of innovating projects that would help the economic development of the country. There are many Colombian people able to work who cannot find an adequate job to sustain him/herself and his/her family in their native countries, while other countries have lack of labor force in different economic sectors. This is the reason of the creation of the present project: a business plan for an enterprise called Conexión Laboral S.A.S. that will be the contact between Colombian constructor workers who want to work in Canada and Canadian construction enterprises that need labor force. We will make a market investigation to take advantage of the opportunities and to face the threats; also we will determine the expectations, perceptions and functions of the customers in order to offer a service that will satisfy their needs; finally we will make the financial evaluation of the project to determine its viability. This process will give direction to the strategic objectives to create a successful company.},
