Based on This analysis, will provide several different proposals intended would be established to contribute to with the company’s improvement of the company and gear up to focus its corporate strategies towards direction to on an internationalization process. To achieve this goal purpose, a comparison was carried out between two multinational companies of the tire retreading economy sector in Colombia, such as Michelin and Goodyear is presented. These companies are direct competitors of Automundial S.A. in the Colombian market. This analysis comparison illustrates provides a set of parallel which relates the activities and processes of these companies contrasted against to the operation and experience of Automundial S.A., considered as being the pioneer in the tire retreading economy sector in Colombia during the last 100 years. According to this, an internationalization model was proposed taking into account diverse different globalization theories discussed in this report that which support academically support a direction the export route that should be followed by Automundial S.A. should follow for its exports.
