abstract = {This work discloses the results obtained from the design and development of the Technical, clinical, economic and regulatory Evaluation Software for the acquisition of Biomedical technology from the Hospital Universitario San Ignacio (HUSI); which will optimize internal processes, improvement plans and user services. Said software is designed with the objective of collecting the information in a single system that guarantees improvements in the process of purchasing biomedical equipment within the hospital, implemented under the extreme programming methodology and developed in the Java programming language. This in order to provide a friendly interface, offer possible improvements and expand their applications to the requirement of the user's needs.},
