abstract = {Tourism is a vital economic activity for the development of the country as well as the different authorities, regions, provinces and also serves a social function. Tourist activity is responsibility of different levels of government in their areas of competence and is developed by private and state companies.

This work was done in order to make a proposal from the academic to the Municipality of Sesquilé (Cundinamarca), where it was identified alternatives as potential factors for the generation of productive employment in relation to tourism in the municipality.

For its development, we used the methodology of Logical Framework Matrix (LFM) through field visits to the municipality of Sesquilé in which was identified problems that arise in relation to the development of tourism activities, with which set objectives and identified the tourism potential alternatives presented in this paper.},
