Functional recovery and immunosuppression treatment are crucial in successful. The purpose of this study was to identify and describe functional results, sensitivity and motor recovery, in transplanted patients Methods: Systematic literature review. Prospective, retrospective and case reports were included. Three primary databases and database of systematic reviews were used with specific search criteria. Results: Eleven articles met the inclusion criteria. Two-point discrimination, esterognosis, Tinel sign, temperature, light and deep touch and pain were evaluated. Six patients recovered touch and pain in the first 12 months, three patients had two-point fingerprint discrimination 1.5 and 3 years. One more had a normal sensitivity six years after the transplantation. Last one had protective decreased sensitivity in the same time period. Full range of motion of the fingers was used as evaluation of motor function in five patients. Three had a 50%of the full range of motion at one year of transplant. Fourth achieved about 60%, the latter has an arthrodesis. Time was proved to be a factor for improvement in the overall assessment of the upper extremity using DASH Outcome Measure. Discussion and conclusions: Standarizaton and socialization of the functional outcomes in hand transplantation patients are imperative.}, keywords = {Trasplante de mano}, keywords = {Aloinjerto de tejido compuesto}, title = {Resultados funcionales en el trasplante de mano : revisión sistemática de la literatura}, publisher = {Universidad del Rosario}, keywords = {Hand transplant}, keywords = {Composite tissue allograft}, doi = {https://doi.org/10.48713/10336_2810 }, }
