Through a cross impact-matrix relationships, we established and explained thatculture is fundamental to strategy. We based the article on the bibliographical consultation of the concepts proposed, indicating 112 references of one or more authors. By means of the synthesis of the obtained results, wefulfilled the offered objective and built the relationship matrix constituted in the contribution for the interested readers on this issue.
