abstract = {This degree work deals with the viability of the implementation of a productive project dedicated to the production of fresh blueberries for commercialization in the national and international market. The agricultural sector is one of the fundamental pillars of the different economies, because its development translates into the satisfaction of one of the most basic human needs: the physiological need for food, according to Maslow's pyramid of needs. The blueberry is an exotic fruit with excellent nutritional properties, a fundamental fact that has marked an upward trend in the consumption of the fruit. In the global market, demand is growing significantly, both in American countries and in Europe and Asia, this upward trend in demand is reflected in the global blueberry market, since demand is greater than supply, thus, there is not enough production to satisfy all the consumption needs of the fruit. In Colombia, blueberry cultivation is in an early phase of experimentation, it was introduced to the country in the last decade and because of the growth of the supply worldwide, its exploitation potential is increasing. It is an attractive market for medium and large producers thanks to the growing supply of the fruit at a national and international level. Having said the above and adding that Colombia, due to its geographical location and climatic conditions, promises to be one of the countries with the highest quality production in the foreign market, investment and profitability expectations are quite high and promising.},
