abstract = {This is an intermediary dual web platform that allows to the students from universities to connect with specific tasks in determined times and according with skills and aptitudes previously selected. Pre-graduate students from the city of Manizales (Colombia) whose ages ranges from 18 to 26 years old and whose interests are related with to get financial stability, save up and support their families in the student season. The platform will act as intermediary between the student who will develop the specific task and the Enterprise who will require of the human talent that develop and execute some specific activity (wether formal or informal), as platform we will go further, we will understand profiles, we qualify talents and will give the opportunity to who whish to be part of a development and formation network of specific skills (arts and others).},
