abstract = {Based on the difficulties of the colombian health system, featuring by the corruption, the administrative barriers for the access to health services and the lack of an administrative structure to develop mechanisms to be more efficient in the delivery of health services, (Pantoja, 2011) (Colprensa, 2011) (Ruíz Gómez, 2012); this research Project, aims determine the keys to success factors of an north American insurer, that could adapting to the colombian Health System.   
To achieve this proposed, it realized search of articles where it described the keys factors to success of the assurance and delivery model of the insurance Kaiser Permanente, in order to analyze if that keys factors, will could implement in the normative framework where is develop the colombian health system.   
Based in the analyze of the information, and the review of the normative which modeling the colombian health system, It could determine the colombian General Social Security System in Health (SGSSS), have the normative mechanisms which allowing the adoption of the keys factors to success who characterized the assurance and delivery model of the insurance Kaiser Permanente; moreover, it is necessary to consider, in the colombian model permit the vertical integration only in 40%, but it not has been studied, if this model of integration it is beneficial or not, at the moment to find the efficiency in the health delivery, given in the KP model is characterized by applying a vertical integration in the 100%; feature, which permit, based in the evidence, be efficient in the health attention of patients.},
