Passed a questionnaire with 4 variables each describing a method of taking of decisions among which were operationalized the rational, intuitive, experiential and holistic; to determine the style of decision in management positions of the city of Bogotá. Participated in the study 43 volunteers who at the time of respond the survey officers were performing levels general management and management of area finding that of respondents only 35% focus their decision making in a specific tool showing a preference by the method Rational by 19%, followed of the method holistic with 16% and the Intuitive February 1%.
