abstract = {The purpose of this diagnose is to analyze the reconstruction process of identity from
the Indigenous tribe Muisca, localized at the borough of Bosa in the city of Bogotá
since 1999 until 2013. The starting point of this diagnose, is set to analyze the loss of
the ancestral territory of this urban aboriginal community, due to the expansion and
development of legal and illegal neighborhoods taking place in the territory. Based on
the analysis of the above phenomena, it’s pretended to notice the main characteristics
of indigenous communities in the city of Bogotá and to stand out the challenges faced
by government institutions in developing policies based on recognition of indigenous
planning models.},
