These testimonies can be denominated as what some authors call “oral sources” and can be used to create new methods or learning process in class. The fundamental question in this project is, could it be possible that this “oral sources” could help teach certain competencies proposed by Daniel Goleman in order to form leaders and entrepreneurs? Can a person learn to be emotionally intelligent? How can we make students develop these competencies that Goleman proposes? Through the next theory discussion about concepts like entrepreneurship, leadership, historiography, history of the present and oral sources we would like to give answer to the above questions.}, organization = {Universidad del Rosario}, keywords = {liderazgo}, keywords = {emprendimiento}, keywords = {neuroplasticidad}, keywords = {El Sofá}, keywords = {historia del tiempo presente}, keywords = {fuentes orales}, keywords = {historiografía}, title = {Liderazgo, Emprendimiento e Inteligencia Emocional: Como las Fuentes Orales y la Experiencia aplicadas en el aula de clase pueden ayudar a formas nuevas competencias}, publisher = {Universidad del Rosario}, keywords = {leadership}, keywords = {entrepreneurship}, keywords = {history of the present}, keywords = {oral sources}, keywords = {El Sofá}, keywords = {neuroplasticity}, }
