Resumen
El presente artículo describe el origen histórico que ha tenido el sistema bicameral en los regímenes representativos y en el contexto de las democracias contemporáneas, también el cauce seguido por éste en los distintos modelos de Estado, con especial énfasis en el caso mexicano.
Abstract
This article describes the source that has taken the bicameral system in the historical representative regimes and in the context of the democracies contemporary, so as also the path followed in the different models of States, putting special emphasis on the mexican political system.
