Resumen
El propósito de este proyecto es analizar la viabilidad de desarrollar un aplicativo que logre disminuir los trayectos vacíos en el transporte terrestre de carga en Colombia. Bajo el uso de la interconectividad móvil se pretende aumentar la demanda y facilitar la oferta del transporte terrestre de carga, inicialmente en el departamento de Cundinamarca. Para ello se identificarán los recursos (tangibles e intangibles) necesarios para llevar a cabo el proyecto, analizando las principales limitantes y ventajas que provee el entorno para su ejecución y definiendo la estructura de su implementación. Para el desarrollo de este trabajo se recopilará información del sector del transporte terrestre de carga y de su entorno sociocultural en la región donde operará inicialmente la aplicación. La información será analizada principalmente desde dos criterios: la factibilidad operativa de la aplicación, que permitirá establecer y asegurar que las condiciones bajo las cuales se requiere ejecutar este proyecto estén presentes dentro del grupo de interés, y la viabilidad financiera, la cual permitirá establecer el impacto económico del desarrollo del aplicativo.
Abstract
The purpose of this project is to analyze the feasibility of developing an application that reduces the empty travels in freight ground transport in Colombia. Using mobile interconnectivity, the objective is to increase demand and facilitate the supply of land freight transport, initially in the department of Cundinamarca. This study intends to identify the resources (tangible and intangible) necessary to carry out the project, analyzing the main limitations and advantages that the environment provides for its execution and defining the structure of its implementation. For the development of this project, information will be collected from the land transport sector and its sociocultural environment in the region where the digital app will be tested. The information will be analyzed mainly from two criteria, first the operational feasibility of the application, which will establish and ensure that the conditions required are presented within the interest group. Second the financial viability, which will establish the economic impact of the development of the digital app.
