Resumen
Waffles Home es una idea de negocio que se realizó́ con el objetivo de generar un impacto gastronómico diferente en la ciudad de Villavicencio, brindando como plato principal la variedad de waffles con diferentes toppings y sabores, adicional a esto se ofrecerá dentro de la carta postres únicos que para la ciudad villavicense serán nuevos y de total innovación. Waffles home será una waffleria Gourmet estilo vintage que pretende ofrecer un espacio diferente/nuevo para la población villavicense, donde su valor agregado será́ la elegancia y el estilo que poco es ofrecido en la ciudad, así́ mismo este espacio brinda la posibilidad de tardear, compartir con amigos, compañeros de trabajo y familiares, será́ un lugar agradable y bonito para pasar un buen rato.
Abstract
Waffles Home is a business idea that was carried out with the objective of generating a different gastronomic impact in the city of Villavicencio, offering as a main dish the variety of waffles with different toppings and flavors, in addition to this will be offered within the menu unique desserts that for the city of Valencia will be new and totally innovative. Waffles home will be a vintage-style Gourmet waffleria that aims to offer a different / new space for the villavicense population, where its added value will be the elegance and style that little is offered in the city, this space also offers the possibility of delaying, sharing With friends, co-workers and family, it will be a nice and beautiful place to have a good time.
