dc.descriptionEl presente documento sintetiza el trabajo relacionado con la actualización conceptual y metodológica de la evaluación integral de profesores. Esta se define como un proceso formativo, continuo, sistemático e integral, que contribuye a la excelencia y al mejoramiento permanente del cuerpo profesoral, promueve la participación de la comunidad académica, involucra las diferentes actividades que realizan los profesores y reconoce su compromiso institucional; elementos todos fundamentales que hacen posible la aspiración de ser una universidad centrada en el aprender a aprender.
dc.description.abstractThis document summarizes the work related to the conceptual and methodological updating of the comprehensive evaluation of teachers. This is defined as a continuous, systematic and comprehensive training process, which contributes to excellence and permanent improvement of the teaching staff, promotes the participation of the academic community, involves the different activities carried out by teachers and recognizes their institutional commitment; all fundamental elements that make possible the aspiration of being a university focused on learning to learn.
