Resumen
La Constitución española de 1978 definió las reglas de la democracia actual, ya que es el instrumento legal que regula las relaciones entre gobernantes y gobernados, y representa la unidad de las autoridades, los procedimientos y los contenidos. Mediante el análisis de contenido computarizado en este documento, evaluamos los recursos lingüísticos utilizados en el trabajo más importante de la legislación en España. Esta es una nueva técnica, por la cual pretendemos examinar las diversas narrativas que componen el significado general del texto. En total, analizamos los 40 temas: palabras palabras más frecuentes del texto, su posición léxica y sus relaciones jerárquicas. Por un lado, el análisis del vocabulario de la Constitución española ilustra una gran cantidad de referencias a los tipos de normas y al sistema legal en sí y, por otro lado, muchas alusiones a las instituciones mismas y a los derechos y libertades de los ciudadanos.
Abstract
The Spanish Constitution of 1978 defined the rules of democracy oday, as it is the legal instrument that regulates the relations between rulers and ruled, and represents the unity of the authorities, procedures and contents. Through computerized content analysis in this paper we evaluate the linguistic resources used in the most important work of legislation in Spain. This is a new technique, by which we intend to examine the various narratives that make up the overall meaning of the text. Altogether we analyzed the 40 topic – words most frequent words of the text, its lexical positioning and their hierarchical relationships. On the one hand, the analysis of the vocabulary of the Spanish Constitution illustrates an abundance of references to the types of standards and the legal system itself and, on the second hand, many allusions to the institutions themselves and the citizen rights and freedoms
