Resumen

En este estudio se analizan los campos identitarios de los trabajadores estatales de Córdoba (Argentina) a partir de los encuadres mediáticos del periódico de mayor cobertura a nivel provincial durante el período 2002-2006. Para ello se distinguieron las diferentes voces a partir de las cuales es posible reconstruir dichas identidades (voces de la prensa, los protagonistas y de los antagonistas). Entre el protagonista y el antagonista construyen la identidad de estos trabajadores en torno al eje no-privilegiado/privilegiado. La voz de la prensa, elabora sus encuadres recurriendo a otro criterio, caracterizando a los protagonistas con base en el nivel de unificación y de masividad de su accionar diferenciando las gestiones gubernamentales. La construcción identitaria de la figura del antagonista desde las tres voces es mucho más compleja y revela a su vez, cómo a partir del conflicto laboral se desplaza el registro discursivo hacia una definición de las identidades políticas dentro del sistema partidario.

Abstract

In this study we analyze the identity fields of state workers in Cordoba (Argentina) from the media frames developed by the largest newspaper coverage at the provincial level for the period 2002-2006. This will distinguish the different voices from which it is possible to reconstruct the identities (voices of the press, the protagonists and antagonists). Between the protagonist and antagonist build the identity of these workers around the axis unprivileged/privileged. The voice of the press makes their frames using other criteria, characterizing the protagonists based on the level of unification and massiveness of the actions of them, differing governmental procedures. The identity construction of the figure of the antagonist from the three voices is much more complex. This construction reveals that as of labor dispute, the content of the newspaper discourse shifts to a definition of political identities in the party system.
