Resumen
El sistema PRILE es una aplicación on line de servicios jurídicos con enfoque preventivo que utiliza un autodiagnóstico para determinar el riesgo legal que tienen las mipymes colombianas. El PRILE le ayuda a los empresarios, administradores, gerentes, socios y/o representantes legales a identificar, calificar y organizar por orden de prioridad los riesgos legales de sus empresas. Se puede acceder al sistema desde la página de Leximus https://www.leximus.com.co/ o desde la landing page de PRILE https://www.sistemaprile.com/. El modelo de negocio consta de un PRILE FREE con una evaluación gratuita de 25 preguntas donde el usuario se demora aproximadamente 5 minutos en responder. Al finalizar, obtiene un reporte del riesgo legal que puede visualizar en la pantalla junto con el plan de acción para la mitigación del riesgo. En caso de que el usuario desee un autodiagnóstico más profundo puede adquirir el PRILE 360°, que hace una evaluación que consta de 83 preguntas. Aproximadamente le toma al usuario 30 minutos en diligenciarlo y tiene un costo de $70.000 pesos colombianos. Al finalizar, el cliente recibe por correo electrónico el informe en formato PDF donde se encuentra la metodología, la naturaleza, los objetivos el alcance y las limitaciones del autodiagnóstico. Con estos resultados se propone al usuario un plan de trabajo y un cronograma de actividades y productos, ajustados a las necesidades puntuales del negocio. La finalidad es evitar la pérdida de tiempo y dinero del cliente, queremos que se sienta tranquilo y apoyado por un grupo idóneo de abogados. Esta aplicación hace parte de la estrategia de mercadeo y ventas de la firma Leximus Colombia S.A.S. de la cual soy propietaria. El objetivo para la firma es el de aumentar las ventas y el número de clientes.
Abstract
The PRILE system is an online application of legal services with a preventive approach that uses a self-diagnosis to determine the legal risk that Colombian MSMEs have. The PRILE helps entrepreneurs, administrators, managers, partners and / or legal representatives to identify, qualify and organize the legal risks of their companies in order of priority. The system can be accessed from the Leximus page https://www.leximus.com.co/ or from the PRILE landing page https://www.sistemaprile.com/. The business model consists of a PRILE FREE with a free evaluation of 25 questions where the user takes approximately 5 minutes to answer. At the end, you get a report of the legal risk that you can view on the screen along with the action plan for risk mitigation. In case the user wants a more in-depth self-diagnosis, they can purchase the PRILE 360 °, which makes an evaluation consisting of 83 questions. It takes the user approximately 30 minutes to fill it out and has a cost of $ 70,000 Colombian pesos. At the end, the client receives by email the report in PDF format where the methodology, nature, objectives, scope and limitations of the self-diagnosis are found. With these results, the user is proposed a work plan and a schedule of activities and products, adjusted to the specific needs of the business. The purpose is to avoid the loss of time and money of the client, we want them to feel calm and supported by an ideal group of lawyers. This application is part of the marketing and sales strategy of Leximus Colombia S.A.S. of which I own. The objective for the firm is to increase sales and the number of clients.
