Resumen
La Universidad 'Externado de Colombia' de su Facultad de Administración de Empresas ha estado cuestionando la problemática nacional en el enfoque de desarrollo, competitividad y progreso, se ha dado cuenta de que en muchos campos de acción hay una deficiencia en Liderazgo y Líderes. Debido a esto, nuestra facultad ha definido dentro de sus líneas de trabajo en el Centro de Investigaciones, la línea llamada 'Gestión Total', y dentro de ésta se han definido los siguientes proyectos: Liderazgo, Estrategia y Pensamiento y Práctica de Gestión, para Aplicar los conocimientos y resultados obtenidos en herramientas de formación a los estudiantes, empresas y empresarios. El proyecto de Liderazgo pretende estudiar el tema desde la conceptualización de este término hasta el diseño de un Modelo Pedagógico de formación de Líderes,
Abstract
The University “Externado de Colombia” from its Fac-ulty of Business Administration has been questioning the national problematic whitin the approach of development, competitiveness and progress, it has been realized that in pRoYECto dE LidERAzgo En LA fACULtAd dE AdMinistRACión dE EMpREsAs dE LA UnivERsidAd EXtERnAdo dE CoLoMBiA ILIANA PáEZ gABRIUNAS*many fields of action there is a deficiency in Leadership and Leaders. Due to this, our faculty has defined whitin its lines of work in the Investigations Center, the line called “Total Management”, and inside this one the following projects has been defined: Leadership, Strategy, and Thought and Managerial Practice, in order to apply the knowledge and results obtained in tools of formation to the students, companies and businessmen.The project of Leadership pretends to study the topic from the conceptualization of this term to the desing of a Pedagogic Model of Leaders‘ formation, and in this way consolidate this important component in our Educational Project, as a response to a necessity that it has been felt in the country and the region.
