Summary
Este trabajo tiene como propósito responder dos preguntas puntuales: ¿la existencia de un régimen de extinción de dominio afecta negativamente la percepción que tienen los ciudadanos respecto de la seguridad jurídica sobre el derecho de propiedad?; y, en ese caso, ¿la existencia de un régimen de extinción de dominio podría afectar negativamente la competitividad económica?
Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to answer two specific questions: does the existence of a domain forfeiture regime negatively affect the perception that citizens have regarding the legal security of property rights? And, in that case, could the existence of a domain forfeiture regime negatively affect economic competitiveness?
