Resumen
El proyecto está planteado para ayudar a dueños de inmuebles que tienen en vacancia a generar ingresos de estos sin necesidad de incurrir en la renta tradicional ya que se ha evidenciado que en Colombia no es tan rentable como parece. Por esto se planteó un modelo de rentas mediante plataformas turísticas con el cual los clientes podrán poner sus inmuebles a producir dinero mes a mes y en mayor cantidad. También se espera poder ayudar a turistas a encontrar un espacio cómodo y seguro donde puedan pasar sus vacaciones a un exente precio y calidad. Así se busca tener un negocio estable y ofrecer un servicio que ayude a ambas partes, facilitando tanto la administración y disminuyendo los dolores de cabeza que se presentan al tener que lidiar con inquilinos que muchas veces no pagan la renta o generan daños de los cuales son se harán cargo. Adicionalmente se espera tener una rentabilidad positiva mes a mes que permita el crecimiento acelerado de JRL inmobiliaria, ampliando nuestro portafolio de inmuebles y generando confianza en cada uno de los rubros inmobiliarios en lo que se esté trabajando
Abstract
The project is designed to help owners of vacant properties to generate income from them without the need to incur in traditional rentals, as it has been shown that in Colombia it is not as profitable as it seems. For this reason, a rental model was proposed through tourist platforms with which customers can put their properties to produce money month after month and in greater quantity. It is also expected to help tourists to find a comfortable and safe space where they can spend their vacations at an excellent price and quality. In this way we seek to have a stable business and offer a service that helps both parties, facilitating both the administration and reducing the headaches that arise from having to deal with tenants who often do not pay the rent or generate damages for which they will be responsible. Additionally, it is expected to have a positive profitability every month that allows the accelerated growth of JRL Real Estate, expanding our portfolio of properties and generating confidence in each of the real estate areas in which we are working.
