Abstract
IamBurguesa! is an artisanal hamburger restaurant that operates under a Do It Yourself (DIY) service model where the diner is part of the creation of their dishes, choosing the options they like the most of our offer and enjoying a customization experience with excellent quality ingredients, fresh, delicious and from the Colombian countryside. Our venture is located in the city of Bogota and operates through a Cloud Kitchen where we carry out the production and assembly of our products. We know that the hamburger industry is wide and competitive, however, it represents a panorama of opportunities for the project thanks to its Chef it Yourself value proposition, which takes advantage of the versatility of the protagonist dish and highlights its flavors, with the richness of our agriculture and the immersion of our diners in the creative process. Our objectives are directed to the impact of the environment through our activities, innovation in the industry, creation of consumer experiences, highlighting the richness of our gastronomy and the contribution with actions and ideas to the environment and society. The implementation of IamBurguesa! which will be supported by the theoretical approach, research and validation of the proposals, will allow a growth and improvement of our products and service once the idea is materialized and faces a real context, seeking the growth of demand and thus, an expansion of operations in order that this works as an impetus for the search for allies with contributions of capital and know-how, strategic for the fulfillment of goals set by this dream called IamBurguesa!
