Resumen
Cuando Laura Restrepo Galvis habla pareciera que el ritmo del pole dance que practica se transformara en palabras, pues logra que ellas se deslicen con gran facilidad por la conversación. Es una mujer de sonrisa amplia y de una suavidad única, que tiene un propósito claro en su vida: “Cumplirme a mí misma. Eso me motiva, vivir un día a la vez”. Su amor por la comunidad fue decisivo para el desarrollo de su trabajo. Ahora, desde su enfoque humanista, se dedica a entender comunidades ancestrales y a resaltar la importancia que las mujeres tienen en estas.
Abstract
When Laura Restrepo Galvis speaks, it seems that the rhythm of the pole dance she practices is transformed into words, as she manages to slide them easily through the conversation. She is a woman with a wide smile and a unique softness, who has a clear purpose in her life: “To fulfill myself. That motivates me, to live one day at a time.” His love for the community was decisive for the development of his work. Now, from her humanist approach, she is dedicated to understanding ancestral communities and highlighting the importance that women have in them.
