Resumen
El presente proyecto de grado describe el plan estratégico de marketing digital para la marca Suree Funds. Suree Funds maneja un modelo de negocio disruptivo frente al ofrecido en el mercado actual, es un fondo de pensión digital cuyo objetivo consiste en dar solución al deficiente proceso pensional de Colombia. El funcionamiento de este se concentra en una app, donde el usuario pueda realizar los trámites necesarios con respecto a su proceso pensional (algo tan sencillo como descargar un certificado por medio de una app), sin embargo, no es la única función de la compañía, Suree Funds también pretende educar e ilustrar la importancia de la planeación financiera (una de las metas, es dar a entender a la juventud que las decisiones financieras tomadas en el presente afectan en gran medida el futuro). Por último, como factor diferenciador, Suree Funds ofrece ingresos futuros basados en la moneda más estable en el mercado (EUR,USD,YEN), esto no quiere decir que se descarte la opción de ofrecer métodos de inversión por medio de la moneda local.
Abstract
This degree project describes the Suree Funds business model, it is focused on the development of the digital marketing strategy necessary to achieve the established goals. Suree Funds is a disruptive business model in the market in which it is intended to develop, is a digital pension fund aimed at satisfying the shortcomings of customers, all the operation of it is concentrated in an app, where the user can perform everything necessary regarding their pension, apart from facilitating the execution of the procedures, this aims to educate and show the importance of early financial planning, how the decisions they make when young will greatly affect the future in the long term. As a differentiating factor, it offers to obtain future income in the most stable currency now or if the client wishes in the local currency.
