Resumen
IamBurguesa! Es un restaurante con un modelo de servicio Do It Yourself (DIY) en el que el consumidor hace parte de una experiencia de ideación y creación de hamburguesas artesanales con los mejores ingredientes del campo colombiano. Los objetivos del emprendimiento van dirigidos a la validación de la investigación y base teórica construida desde diferentes perspectivas que componen la idea de empresa, de esta manera poder sustentar una oportunidad identificada a lo largo del trabajo que apoye, alinee esfuerzos, corrija ideas planteadas, elimine errores, restructure los mismos y alinee el desarrollo del negocio por medio de actividades que aporten a la futura materialización de la empresa. IamBurguesa! A través de su actividad y propuesta de valor Chef It Yourself, busca resaltar la diversidad de sabores que la tierra de nuestro país ofrece, con platos conocidos, sencillos y llenos de creatividad que aportan a la construcción del país. Además de hacer de esta idea la oportunidad para aprender a emprender.
Abstract
IamBurger! It is a restaurant with a Do It Yourself (DIY) service model in which the consumer is part of an experience of ideation and creation of artisanal burgers with the best ingredients from the Colombian countryside. The objectives of the venture are aimed at validating the research and theoretical basis built from different perspectives that make up the business idea, thus being able to support an opportunity identified throughout the work to support, align efforts, correct ideas raised, eliminate errors, restructure them and align the development of the business through activities that contribute to the future materialization of the company. IamBurger! Through its activity and value proposition Chef It Yourself, seeks to highlight the diversity of flavors that the land of our country offers, with well-known dishes, simple and full of creativity that contribute to the construction of the country. In addition to making this idea the opportunity to learn entrepreneurship.
