Resumen
El Hospital San Antonio E.S.E. de Ambalema es una institución ubicada en el Municipio de Ambalema que tiene una población de 6.594 habitantes y se encuentra ubicada en el Departamento del Tolima. Está registrada en el REPS de la Secretaría de salud departamental en el Tolima bajo el código de registro No. 7303001018-1, está adscrita a la RED REGION NORTE – MICRORREGION LERIDA, es de carácter municipal y se encuentra clasificada en la subred como Institución de Atención primaria de Baja Complejidad (Tipo IAP 1). El objetivo es, mediante un análisis cualitativo y cuantitativo lograr identificar las oportunidades de mejora del hospital para crear diferentes planes de acción en un tiempo determinado y así mejorar le eficiencia operativa, mejorar la calidad en la atención médica, mejorar la experiencia del paciente, promover la integración de los servicios de salud, optimizar la gestión de los recursos humanos y financieros, impulsar la innovación y la tecnología, y por último, definir y proponer un plan de bienestar y desarrollo humano.
Abstract
San Antonio E.S.E. Hospital Ambalema is an institution located in the municipality of Ambalema, with a population of 6,594 inhabitants, in the department of Tolima. It is registered in the REPS of the Departmental Health Secretariat of Tolima under the registration code 7303001018-1, it is part of the NETWORK NORTH REGION - LERIDA MICRO-REGION, it is municipal in nature and is classified in the subnetwork as a low complexity primary care institution (IAP type 1). The objective is to identify, through a qualitative and quantitative analysis, the opportunities for improvement of the hospital in order to create different action plans in a given time, thus improving operational efficiency, improving the quality of medical care, improving the patient experience, promoting the integration of health services, optimizing the management of human and financial resources, promoting innovation and technology, and finally, to define and propose a plan for well-being and human development.
