Resumen
El presente documento detalla la planificación y ejecución del sistema termoacústico para 260 apartamentos del proyecto SATORI, ubicado en Ibagué, Colombia. La iniciativa busca mejorar la eficiencia energética y el confort acústico de las viviendas mediante la instalación de muros en poliestireno expandido, cielos rasos en drywall con aislante térmico y ventanería en PVC, reduciendo el impacto ambiental y optimizando el uso de recursos.
Abstract
This document outlines the planning and implementation of the thermoacoustic system for 260 apartments in the SATORI project, located in Ibagué, Colombia. The initiative aims to enhance energy efficiency and acoustic comfort in the residences by installing expanded polystyrene walls, drywall ceilings with thermal insulation, and PVC windows, reducing environmental impact and optimizing resource use.
