Resumen
La empresa JR INGENIEROS & ASOCIADOS S.A.S., dedicada al diseño y construcción de obras civiles, llevará a cabo la construcción del Centro Administrativo de Tilodirán en el municipio de Yopal, Casanare, para resolver la deficiencia de infraestructura pública que afecta la consolidación de procesos administrativos y comunales en el corregimiento de Tilodirán. Este proyecto tiene como objetivo principal fortalecer la infraestructura pública administrativa y comunal para beneficiar a una población de 1.120 personas del corregimiento, quienes demandan instalaciones adecuadas para realizar sus trámites y actividades comunales. El Centro Administrativo tendrá una superficie de 334.66 m², con espacios como oficinas, sala de juntas, comedor, salón polivalente, y estará ubicado en el centro poblado de Tilodirán. La construcción se realizará bajo el sistema estructural de pórticos resistentes a momentos y se asegurará la disposición adecuada de residuos de construcción producto de la edificación existente. Tras evaluar las opciones, se seleccionó la alternativa de construir el centro administrativo, financiada por la Alcaldía Municipal de Yopal con $1,045,897,479 provenientes de asignaciones directas del Sistema General de Regalías.
Abstract
JR INGENIEROS & ASOCIADOS S.A.S., a company dedicated to the design and construction of civil works, will build the Tilodirán Administrative Center in the municipality of Yopal, Casanare, to address the lack of public infrastructure affecting the consolidation of administrative and community processes in the Tilodirán district.
The main objective of this project is to strengthen the public administrative and community infrastructure to benefit the 1,120 residents of the district, who require adequate facilities to carry out their community procedures and activities. The Administrative Center will have an area of 334.66 m², with spaces such as offices, a meeting room, a dining room, and a
multipurpose room, and will be located in the town center of Tilodirán. Construction will be carried out using a structural system of moment-resistant frames, and proper disposal of construction waste from the existing building will be ensured. After evaluating the options, the alternative of building the administrative center was selected, financed by the Municipal
Government of Yopal with $1,045,897,479 from direct allocations from the General Royalties System.
