dc.descriptionPresentar el trabajo clínico y docente que se ha realizado en la creación de centros de excelencia en nefrolitotomía percutánea en el país. Materiales y métodos: Estudio descriptivo en el cual se revisa la experiencia del investigador principal en la creación de centros de nefrolitotomía percutanea. Se revisan los registros del investigador principal identificando los centros en los cuales se llevan a cabo los programas, el año en que se iniciaron las actividades y los urólogos involucrados. Así mismo se revisa el número de procedimientos realizados hasta la fecha, complicaciones y mortalidad. De la revisión de dos series en las que el investigador principal ha participado, una publicada en 2003 y otra en 2009, se extraen datos sobre las variables que son mas representativas de los resultados:spa
dc.description.abstractTo present the clinical and teaching work that has been carried out in the creation of centers of excellence in percutaneous nephrolithotomy in the country. Materials and methods: Descriptive study in which the experience of the principal investigator in the creation of percutaneous nephrolithotomy centers is reviewed. The records of the principal investigator are reviewed identifying the centers in which the programs are carried out, the year in which the activities began and the urologists involved. Likewise, the number of procedures performed to date, complications and mortality are reviewed.
