| dc.description | Aunque desde la Ley de Justicia y Paz (2005) existe en el país la Justicia Restaurativa, esta se vislumbra tímidamente en el contexto de transición del conflicto armado a la paz. Esto se debe a que en nuestra cultura existe una obsesión por la cárcel como equivalente de justicia; además no se tiene una metodología de aplicación de la Justicia Restaurativa y una manera de evaluarla. Investigadores del Rosario trabajan en ello. Piden que se le dé una oportunidad y que la Nación piense en otras formas de hacer justicia, diferentes a la prisión. | spa |
| dc.description.abstract | Although Restorative Justice has existed in the country since the Justice and Peace Law (2005), it is glimpsed timidly in the context of transition from armed conflict to peace.
