dc.description	Cuando pensamos en inteligencia artificial (ia), nos vienen a la cabeza los escenarios apocalípticos que nos han presentado la literatura, el cine y la televisión. Y si bien no sabemos qué ocurrirá en el futuro, resulta paradójico que la idea principal de la investigación y el desarrollo tecnológico de la ia sea emular la inteligencia humana para automatizar y realizar tareas más rápidamente y, en teoría, más efectivamente. Incluso, en los terrenos escabrosos de la guerra o en la salud, o el transporte o la mercadotecnia, el fin es el mismo: la rapidez, la automatización y la delegación humana de labores complejas a las máquinas.
dc.description.abstract	When we think about artificial intelligence (AI), the apocalyptic scenarios that literature, film and television have presented to us come to mind. And while we don't know what will happen in the future, it is paradoxical that the main idea of AI research and technological development is to emulate human intelligence to automate and perform tasks more quickly and, in theory, more effectively. Even in the rugged terrain of war or health, or transportation or marketing, the goal is the same: speed, automation and human delegation of complex tasks to machines.
