Resumen
Hemos hablado de las altimetrías y de Google Scholar como otra herramienta para conocer la visibilidad del trabajo publicado por los investigadores. Ya es un logro ser publicado en revistas indexadas, pero el trabajo de los investigadores no acaba allí, es indispensable dar seguimiento y conocer qué valor o impacto ha tenido el artículo. Una fase inicial para iniciar esta recolección de información es contar con un perfil de autor en Google. Dedicaremos este boletín a cómo crear uno. Los beneficios de tenerlo, los revisaremos en la siguiente edición.
Abstract
We have talked about altmetrics and Google Scholar as another tool to know the visibility of the work published by researchers. It is already an achievement to be published in indexed journals, but the work of researchers does not end there, it is essential to follow up and know what value or impact the article has had. An initial phase to start this information gathering is to have an author profile in Google. We will dedicate this newsletter to how to create one. The benefits of having one will be reviewed in the next edition.
