dc.description	En el norte del Cauca, las pandillas han sembrado una cultura de venganza y miedo que afecta el 70 % de un municipio que se ha convertido en el epicentro de una crisis de violencia juvenil. Investigadores de la Universidad del Rosario y la comunidad local intentan cocrear salidas posibles para un territorio fracturado por la violencia.
dc.description.abstract	In northern Cauca, gangs have fostered a culture of vengeance and fear affecting 70% of a municipality that has become the epicenter of a youth violence crisis. Researchers from the Universidad del Rosario and the local community are working to co-create potential solutions for a territory fractured by violence.
