Resumen
Ciudad Jardín Norte es un bario ubicado en Bogotá que cuenta con un atributo especial: ser un enclave de estrato 3 configurado en su mayoría con casas autoconstruidas entre barrios de estratos mucho más altos que demandan productos y servicios de Ciudad Jardín Norte. Este artículo expone las fortalezas, debilidades, oportunidades y amenazas con las que cuenta este barrio y le propone al lector analizar la cartografía detallada de la morfología del territorio. A pesar del contexto del Covid-19, una de las fuentes primarias de información fue la entrevista realizada por los autores a Jaime Aristizábal, quien vive hace más de 50 años en el barrio.
Abstract
Ciudad Jardin Norte is a neighborhood located in Bogota that has a special attribute: it is a settlement of the third social stratum shaped mainly with houses self-built, between neighborhoods of higher social stratums which demand Ciudad Jardin Norte’s products and services. This article presents the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats with which this neighborhood lives and propose to the reader, analyze the detailed cartography of the territorial morphology. Despite the Covid-19 context, one of the primary sources was an interview made by the authors to Jaime Aristizábal, who lives more than 50 years ago in the neighborhood.
