Resumen
El proyecto se encuentra ubicado en el municipio de El Espinal, departamento del Tolima, Colombia, dentro de las instalaciones del Instituto Tolimense de Formación Técnica Profesional – ITFIP, específicamente en el Complejo Deportivo de la institución, en la Calle 18 con Carrera 1, Barrio Arkabal. A través de este proyecto, se busca demostrar la viabilidad económica, técnica y social del proyecto, así como la capacidad de gestionar eficazmente todas las fases del ciclo de vida de este, desde la planificación hasta la entrega final a los beneficiarios.
Abstract
This Integration Project arose as a result of an academic process carried out during the Specialization in Construction and Infrastructure Project Management. The lack of adequate and functional sports infrastructure constitutes a critical challenge for the comprehensive development of the educational and sports community at the Tolima Institute of Technical and Vocational Training (ITFIP). In response to this need, Contract No. 210 of 2024, identified under code LP-002-2024 in SECOP II, aims to build the Stage 3 athletic track at the ITFIP sports complex, located in the municipality of Espinal, Tolima. This project seeks to provide a structured and efficient solution that not only benefits students and athletes but also positively impacts the quality of life of the region's residents.
The scope of the project includes essential activities such as excavations, land leveling, installation of drainage systems and pavements, construction of sumps, and specialized signage, ensuring compliance with technical regulations and quality standards. With a total investment of $1,682,217,806 COP, financed with the ITFIP's own resources and the Department of Tolima, and supported by Budget Availability Certificate No. 26824 of June 12, 2024, the contract will be executed by the ITFIP 2024 Track Temporary Union. The project, awarded through a public tender, guarantees transparency and compliance with legal and technical requirements. With a six-month execution period, the objective is to deliver a modern and functional sports infrastructure by December 31, 2024, strengthening the promotion of sports, social integration, and the promotion of physical and mental health in the educational community and the municipality of Espinal. Through this project, the project seeks to demonstrate the economic, technical, and social viability of the project, as well as the capacity to effectively manage all phases of the project's life cycle, from planning to final delivery to the beneficiaries. This document details the methodology used, the analyses performed, and the strategies proposed to ensure the project's success, providing a concrete and viable solution that contributes to the well-being of the community and the comprehensive development of the region.
