dc.descriptionEn virtud del desciframiento del genoma humano se han presentado controversias en diversos ámbitos, tales como el ético, legal, religioso, entre otros, la razón por la cual dicha situación se ha presentado, es porque el descubrimiento del mapa genético toca fibras muy profundas de la sociedad y crean una necesidad de reflexión respecto a dichas estructuras. Es claro que si se presenta un descubrimiento de tal magnitud, por medio del cual se comienzan a evidenciar múltiples consecuencias que pesar de que no se han desplegado las consecuencias más evidentes del descubrimiento ya se ha optado por la primera opción. Esto se ha hecho a nivel mundial pues se han buscado correctivos para situaciones que se han presentado o pueden presentarse en el futuro con respecto a las implicaciones del genoma humano. Los campos legales que más han tocado los investigadores de institutos como el E.L.S.I. (Ethical, Legal and Social Implications Of Human Genome Research. E.U.), Human Genetic Advisory Comission (Reino Unido), Austalian Research Council, entre otros, son el laboral, el penal, el civil y el asegurador.spa
dc.description.abstractBy virtue of the deciphering of the human genome, controversies have arisen in various fields, such as ethical, legal, religious, among others, the reason why this situation has arisen is because the discovery of the genetic map touches very deep fibers of society and create a need for reflection regarding these structures. It is clear that if a discovery of such magnitude is presented, through which multiple consequences begin to be evidenced that despite the fact that the most obvious consequences of the discovery have not been deployed, the first option has already been chosen. This has been done worldwide as corrective measures have been sought for situations that have arisen or may arise in the future regarding the implications of the human genome. The legal fields that have been most touched by researchers from institutes such as the E.L.S.I. (Ethical, Legal and Social Implications Of Human Genome Research. E.U.), Human Genetic Advisory Commission (United Kingdom), Austalian Research Council, among others, are labor, criminal, civil and insurer.spa
