Resumen
En la vida creo que es importante en algún punto hacernos las preguntas sobre nuestro origen y lo que nos conecta al mundo, llámese espiritualidad, religión o filosofía. En algunos casos hay quienes buscan responder estas preguntas a través del arte por medio de arquetipos femeninos como la luna, la tierra, la madre, la abuela, la hija, la hermana, la amiga, la bruja, la chamana y la mujer medicina. En este mini-documental se mostrará la construcción de la espiritualidad femenina desde la exploración de la historia de vida de Sakrey, mujer medicina y guardiana del Círculo de Mujeres de Danza de la Luna, Huitaca Metztil y sus compañeras danzantes. Exploráremos cómo las prácticas espirituales de su congregación influyen en las relaciones e intimidad de las mujeres danzantes. El conflicto principal del minidocumental se da entre la búsqueda del camino espiritual de las mujeres danzantes, esto a través de prácticas espirituales alternativas como lo son la Danza Ritual, la siembra de sangre menstrual, el temascal y el ritual del cacao y la fapqua; y cómo estás prácticas espirituales se contrastan con las relaciones entre mujeres que las danzantes llevaban antes de ingresar al Círculo de Mujeres de Danza de la Luna Huitaca Metztil. El punto de vista de esta pieza audiovisual será evidenciar la importancia e impacto de la reivindicación espiritual femenina y la danza ritual en la vida íntima y social de las mujeres participantes del Círculo de Mujeres, Huitaca Metztli, Supatá, en el año 2022.
Abstract
In life I think it is important at some point to ask ourselves questions about our origin and what connects us to the world, whether it is called spirituality, religion or philosophy. In some cases there are those who seek to answer these questions through art through feminine archetypes such as the moon, the earth, the mother, the grandmother, the daughter, the sister, the friend, the witch, the shaman and the medicine woman. This mini-documentary will show the construction of feminine spirituality from the exploration of the life story of Sakrey, medicine woman and guardian of the Moon Dance Women's Circle, Huitaca Metztil and her fellow dancers. We will explore how the spiritual practices of their congregation influence the relationships and intimacy of the dancing women. The main conflict of the mini-documentary is between the search for the spiritual path of the dancing women, this through alternative spiritual practices such as Ritual Dance, the sowing of menstrual blood, the temacal and the ritual of cocoa and fapqua; and how these spiritual practices are contrasted with the relationships between women that the dancers had before entering the Huitaca Metztil Moon Dance Women's Circle. The point of view of this audiovisual piece will be to demonstrate the importance and impact of feminine spiritual vindication and ritual dance in the intimate and social life of the women participating in the Women's Circle, Huitaca Metztli, Supatá, in the year 2022.
