dc.descriptionEl trauma de mano, especialmente la amputación, es una lesión grave que requiere manejo especializado. Este texto presenta el caso exitoso de reimplante de mano en un hospital de IV nivel en Colombia, destacando el uso de técnicas microquirúrgicas avanzadas. Resalta la importancia del tratamiento oportuno, la rehabilitación y la necesidad de personal capacitado y remisión adecuada a centros especializados.
dc.description.abstractHand trauma, especially amputation, is a serious injury requiring specialized management. This text presents a successful case of hand replantation in a Level IV hospital in Colombia, highlighting the use of advanced microsurgical techniques. It emphasizes the importance of timely treatment, rehabilitation, and the need for trained personnel and appropriate referral to specialized centers.
