Generación de ideas en Colsubsidio: diagnóstico y estrategias para impulsar la innovación organizacional

dc.descriptionEl presente estudio tiene como objetivo evaluar la fase inicial del proceso de innovación en Colsubsidio, conocida como fuzzy front end, con el fin de identificar qué tan fácil o complejo resulta generar ideas dentro de la organización bajo las condiciones actuales de trabajo de sus colaboradores. Para ello, se realizó una revisión sistemática de más de 45 publicaciones académicas que abordan la generación de ideas en diversos contextos sociales, académicos, industriales y geográficos, cuyos hallazgos teóricos se contrastaron con los resultados de una encuesta aplicada a 311 colaboradores de Colsubsidio diseñada para evaluar su perspectiva sobre la cultura de innovación en Colsubsidio. El análisis evidenció que entre los principales facilitadores de la generación de ideas se encuentran el entendimiento del modelo de innovación, el liderazgo y apoyo de los superiores, los incentivos y reconocimientos ofrecidos, la cultura de aprendizaje continuo, la comunicación interna y el uso de metodologías e inspiración externa, mientras que entre las barreras se identificaron la falta de tiempo, la rigidez burocrática, los recursos limitados, el miedo al fracaso y la resistencia al cambio. A partir de estos hallazgos, se proponen recomendaciones enfocadas en potenciar los aspectos que favorecen la creatividad y en superar las limitaciones detectadas, con el propósito de fortalecer la capacidad de Colsubsidio para fomentar una cultura organizacional que facilite de manera continua y efectiva la generación de ideas alineadas con sus objetivos estratégicos.
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study is to evaluate the initial phase of the innovation process in Colsubsidio, known as fuzzy front end, in order to identify how easy or complex it is to generate ideas within the organization under the current working conditions of its collaborators. For this purpose, a systematic review of more than 45 academic publications that address the generation of ideas in various social, academic, industrial and geographical contexts was carried out, whose theoretical findings were contrasted with the results of a survey applied to 311 Colsubsidio employees designed to assess their perspective on the innovation culture in Colsubsidio. The analysis showed that among the main facilitators of idea generation are the understanding of the innovation model, leadership and support from superiors, incentives and recognition offered, the culture of continuous learning, internal communication and the use of methodologies and external inspiration, while among the barriers, lack of time, bureaucratic rigidity, limited resources, fear of failure and resistance to change were identified. Based on these findings, recommendations focused on enhancing the aspects that favor creativity and overcoming the limitations detected are proposed, with the purpose of strengthening Colsubsidio's capacity to foster an organizational culture that continuously and effectively facilitates the generation of ideas aligned with its strategic objectives.
