Su propósito es analizar el estado actual de la marca, definir los objetivos estratégicos, establecer los resultados clave (KRs) y estructurar un plan que permita fortalecer su posicionamiento, visibilidad y conexión con los públicos de interés en el entorno digital. A través de esta formulación se busca consolidar un marco estratégico integral que guíe la toma de decisiones y optimice el desempeño digital de la marca. | |

Its purpose is to analyze the brand’s current status, define strategic objectives, establish key results (KRs), and structure a plan that strengthens its positioning, visibility, and connection with its target audiences in the digital environment. Through this formulation, the aim is to consolidate a comprehensive strategic framework that guides decision-making and optimizes the brand’s digital performance. | |
